Room was very spacious

clean room

Coffee maker's water and acoffee pod compartment was heavily molded and mildewed. HVAC unit noisy when compressor turns on. Had to leave the fan on continously to lesson noise at night. The room and bathroom where nicely arranged and comfortable
-
Rooms great staff excellent customer service breakfast great including cost definitely will stay again.

We had a confirmed reservation and when we arrived at 4:30 pm of a 4:00 pm check in we were told they had overbooked and we did not have a room which was to be a 2 night stay. The women at the reservation desk was wonderful and helped us secure another room and a different hotel bit after an 9 hour drive there we were disappointed.

Bad
-
rooms are not as clean as they should be. Didn’t change the sheets for 4 days, bed wasn’t made . Staff was excellent. breakfast not worth the price.
-
The property was very clean. Plenty of parking on property. The lobby was also quite large, great for meeting up with friends and family. I was in town for a wedding and one downfall was the only mirror in the room was in the bathroom. There was no full length mirror. It would be helpful if there was a full length mirror to assist when getting ready. Other than that the property was very quiet and in a centralized location.

Nice hotel

Room curtains could be upgraded to blackout shades, the curtains now are old and dirty looking, breakfast, eggs and potatoes were cold . Staff was great friendly and helpful
-
There is always a very nice smell every time I stay there. The hotel is very nice but starting to be a bit dated, but is always clean.
-
I was extremely impressed by this hotel stay! The staff were friendly. My room was clean. I liked the environment. I did not like the pillows. There were 4 pillows on the bed and each pillow was different. But it was not a big deal.
-
I like 24-hour lemon ice water and coffee.
-
