I booked a double bed, and was given one bed. the lady working front desk at 4am or so didn’t even tell me. Got into the one bed room, was disappointed but tired so I accepted it. We went to pull the covers back and there were makeup stains or something brown like all over the sheets. My showerhead was loose from the wall in room 322. I also overheard a guest saying her bathroom was moldy.

One night stay for a concert. Enjoyed that there was a restaurant on site (Ruth Chris) and bar. Staff were SUPER helpful. Hotel was clean and very well kept.

The breakfast was good and you can eat all you want as long as your down in lobby! They have workout area and inside swimming pool etc. Nice security and surveillance plenty of parking and easy access! Elevator move quite fast but have to be acces with room key card

Location is great and close to everything. Having a Ruth's Chris Steak House attached is great! Pool heater broken, so pool was cold which is why we selected the hotel. Asked for extra towels three times and finally got after our daughter fell asleep. Lots of small R&M issues around the hotel.

The reception and lounge areas have clearly been renovated and feel elevated the rooms felt old and not very clean. bedsheets had stains and pillows were underfilled

We loved everything about this hotel. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Chris the shuttle driver and Daryn the bartender were fantastic. We’d stay again here in a heart beat.
