Area it was in Cleanliness, tv wasn’t working, fridge wasn’t working

It was terrible. Our room was filthy. There were there were people hanging out in the stairwells all during the day and night and I can only imagine why but we were scared to go from our room to our car at night. There's nothing in our room that was listed on the website as far as extras like blow dryer, coffee pot, not even an ice bucket. We had a very hard time even receiving extra towels. The pool wasn't even open on the day we were leaving and there was no reason why that we were told but it had a brown ring all the way around it. My husband had been through three surgeries in the last year and we were just trying to get away from the chaos at home only to venture into way more horrible experience at the hotel then spoke with the supposable customer service and he completely started yelling at us through the phone and saying that we were just trying to get money back and we never asked for anything back we just wanted them to clean up their hotel and make it nice as it looked and sounded on the website. I will not be staying there again!

The room was immaculate and the towels new and fresh! We enjoy being in Greenville as it is like staying with family

Dirty room, dirty towels with black and brown spots (disgusting), we had to buy our own towels in Walmart. There were cochraches in the room. The bathtub was disgusting and dirty. The property itself is not a family friendly. Stay away from this hotel!

Location Everything. It was filthy dirty. I got a refund and left. Went to another hotel

The property is beside a highly traveled, multi-lane road. Very noisy all night. The carpet in the room felt cool to touch and we later found it was wet and dirty. Our feet were black. There were no other rooms available as they were at full capacity. The sink was slow to empty. Although we paid for 2 nights, we checked out after the first night.

Poor room cleaning and room service.No clean towels nor wash cloths to exchange on hand and the room floors are mildewed and or heavily soiled and stained due to staff’s failure to keep the floor maintenance aspect up on their end knowingly.The bed sheets are filthy and remain unchanged until you ask for them personally to be replaced.

The price There we're roaches all over literally everything when I woke up, I didnt see any while I was awake the first day. I canceled the remainder of my reservation and relocated to a much nicer, cleaner hotel.
