Best Western Plus Greenville I-385 Inn & Suites

Came down for a two day trip. Location was cool to downtown. Everything was good(breakfast , staff, room) except the pool. The pool needs to be cleaned.

The young lads working the front desk on July 28th at 11pm was the best. I forgot her name but I considered offering her a job with my company.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were very small and too soft. The ice machine on the 3rd floor never had any ice so we had to go to other floors to get ice.

Great quality breakfast and with good coffee (for those who don't like the standard tasteless and weak filter coffee)!!

Nice place, clean rooms, breakfast was good with the exception of the breakfast staff feeling the need to stand in the room watching you eat.

Beds were firm and uncomfortable. Not normally like that.

Always enjoy the stay but the beds were extremely uncomfortable this time we stayed. May have been us not sure.

Our stay at best western -plus in Greenville was everything we needed it to be. A clean room, friendly staff and great amenities. The ladies working the breakfast station were kind polite and very good at their job. The young man that works the desk was professional and kind, house keeping did an amazing job at keeping towels stocked and the rooms clean. 10/10!

All of the facilities were very clean. The breakfast was amazing and filling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We found that the top floor water pressure wasn't very strong. Also, we needed more paper goods in the bathroom than what was left for us. We have stayed here frequently and gave always enjoyed it.

The breakfast was normal. The staff were helpful. The only down side was their elevators during busy hours. It took a while, use the stairs!

Property was in excellent condition, my room was spotlessly clean and the staff was welcoming and gracious. I look forward to staying at this hotel again

Everything about the room was perfect. I loved the large walk-in shower.

The grounds and interior were immaculate and the service at check in/out were excellent. The breakfast was Delicious. I can’t complain about anything during our stay at this Best Western; highly recommended.

There is a huge arcade right across the street and we took the kids and had a lot of fun.
