Jermeka was soooo wonderful. My check in went smoothly. She was so patient, and the rooms were magnificent! Would definitely stay again.

The Suite was clean and comfortable. The courtyard was nice. If a very kind guest hadn't helped me, I wouldn't have known where my room keys were. The guest immediately called the manager, and the manager immediately told us where the keys. No problem. But, without the kind guest, I wouldn't have known. It would have taken a minute to see the sign to call the manager. It all worked out.

Hotel was okay, clean and in good conditions. We were there for a bmw performance center event, short stay, so hotel was perfect for it.

Nice property. Staff was great. I dealt directly with the owner. She wanted to make sure my stay was perfect. And it was. Clean room. Will stay again.

The property was different than what our family has used in the past. Otherwise, the room was clean and pet friendly, which was what was important to us.

Bed was large but uncomfortable with plastic covering on the mattress under sheet that made noise with every move. Staff member was very nice and helpful over the phone, but no staff members were available in person for late check-in (approximately 9:30pm). Also, no staff members were available at check-out (approximately 10am).

I don’t know how my stay was because my room was canceled. I was on the phone with customer service for an hour trying to find another room. Stayapt is brand new so I guess hotels.com feels that an outdated Days Inn with outside entrance doors to your room is equivalent. I am a Platinum level member and you think just because the room is listed for $500+ for the night, it’s the same?! I know I shouldn’t be complaining since they paid the difference, but still. I’m still livid that the hotel overbooked and decided that since I had not checked in yet, they could just take my room from me. I traveled 4 hours for a basketball tournament and all I got was a canceled room replaced by a roach hotel. Ohhhh, and the best part was the ash tray stand at the corner of the balcony was right across from our room was smoking and you could smell it all night long.

Mornin breakfast coffee is bad!! Coffee water !
