nonfunctional AC room to one that had working AC. Minimal breakfast selection

One of the 2 bath towels had a huge pee stain and other spots as well (I have picture). I killed a small “roach” in the shower!! Yes it was the smoking section, but it shouldn’t have smelled like an ashtray in a very cheap bar!! The smoke section is closed off and the entire hallway smell was “horrendous”! The room smell absolutely horrendous!! I left there with eyes that felt like I had stones in them!

Beds were comfortable. The water was pretty hot. The female that works the night shift was really nice. We noticed some of the sheets had stains on them. Their breakfast does not have good options. All they had was waffles, 2 options for cereal, bread and honey buns. We ended up going to the bojangles next door. The cleaning staff was extremely nosey. We paid for 2 nights (2 adults, 1 kid) and a friend paid for 2 nights (1 adult, 1 kid). They came to our room to eat breakfast and we received a call from the front desk asking how many people were in our room and I mentioned 5 bc we are all eating breakfast in the room and that was the end of that. Our cards did not have access to the rooms on the day of check out and check out was at 11. I ran for coffee down the road and tried to get back in the room around 10 and couldn’t get in with the card.

Nasty dirty buggy property. And to charge 200 bucks for a smoking room (I don’t smoke) is criminal. Booking.com needs to remove this property from their website. I’ll never book through them again. Very misleading. Filthy

Staff was polite but pool was very small and looked so much bigger in the pictures

It was a nice room. Plenty of extra room with there extra large rooms.

The air does not work properly. It smells of cigarettes in the halls. Thankfully the room did not smell. The rooms are quite dark. The pool was clean. The bed was comfy enough for the night. I would not go back because of the air.

It was a place to sleep. The rooms smelled like smoke, the ceiling was peeling, the tv was from the 1990, hdmi didn’t work. Bodily fluid on the couch

The girl at the reception was incredibly kind. She helped me with rescheduling my reservation and also held my car in the parking lot until I arrived. I am very grateful.

It was a good stay for the weekend ..

Staff was good but the property was really bad with poor maintenance, stinky, smelly, I wouldn't recommend this property to my Friends for this price

Someone attempted to break into my vehicle and other guest’s vehicles in the parking lot of the Hotel. The manager did allow my husband to view cameras but the angles of the cameras did not show much so they should either have some kind of security or add cameras to ensure the entire property can be watched or caught on camera. Due to this situation, our door was broken off and cannot be used until we repair it. The other couple that approached me as I was assessing the damage another couple approached me telling me she had to wake her husband up in the middle of the night to make sure their car was still there because her phone connected to her cars Bluetooth which can only happen if the car is on. Outside of this if you plan on being busy like I was it is alright to shower sleep and leave. it is manageable. Bedding was not so clean upon arrival I slept with a tshirt I packed over my pillows.

The odor of the hallway was terrible and breakfast was really bad no fruit and liquids milk or creamer for coffee

The chair in the room was broken. However, they did replace it.
