Nothing spectacular, room okay , no smart tv, breakfast limited no hot food offered other than waffles self made. Pool locked

Smelled of marijuana in the lobby, hallway smelled of stale cigarette, and then the room smelled of stale musty water cause the AC wasn’t set to run. Bed was what you would expect, nothing great but sleepable.

Clean room, beds are very comfortable. Will be back. 10/10

They did have good water pressure and I did inspect the bed for bed bugs and didn’t see any. There was a hole in the ceiling that bugs and/or critters could access. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Our toilet was broke and let the front desk know and it was never fixed. Our room and the hotel smelt terrible! We got a non-smoking room, but it still smelled like stale cigarettes mixed with just nasty. The ice machine was out of order.

Not much Got in room everything almost settled went to put drinks in fridge it had food in it. Then looked it had trash in the trash cans. Checked out Sunday to a very rude unhappy desk clerk

The entire hotel hallway smelled like a smokers lounge.I didn’t know that hotels still I made a mistake and booked a smoking room.

The pool was clean an refreshing. Cleanliness of room was bad. Smelled of mildew and musk in room an hallway. Staff was friendly but questionable with thier cleaning duty. Sheets, pillow cases an blankets where either dirty or very stained.

The one day I wanted to use the pool, Saturday it was closed. The front desk didn't even know why.

I never stayed checked in smell like smoke never went to the room requested money back. They told me they couldn’t because I checked in already. I want a refund. There was nothing that I liked about the place because I never spent the night

One of the 2 bath towels had a huge pee stain and other spots as well (I have picture). I killed a small “roach” in the shower!! Yes it was the smoking section, but it shouldn’t have smelled like an ashtray in a very cheap bar!! The smoke section is closed off and the entire hallway smell was “horrendous”! The room smell absolutely horrendous!! I left there with eyes that felt like I had stones in them!

Beds were comfortable. The water was pretty hot. The female that works the night shift was really nice. We noticed some of the sheets had stains on them. Their breakfast does not have good options. All they had was waffles, 2 options for cereal, bread and honey buns. We ended up going to the bojangles next door. The cleaning staff was extremely nosey. We paid for 2 nights (2 adults, 1 kid) and a friend paid for 2 nights (1 adult, 1 kid). They came to our room to eat breakfast and we received a call from the front desk asking how many people were in our room and I mentioned 5 bc we are all eating breakfast in the room and that was the end of that. Our cards did not have access to the rooms on the day of check out and check out was at 11. I ran for coffee down the road and tried to get back in the room around 10 and couldn’t get in with the card.

Nasty dirty buggy property. And to charge 200 bucks for a smoking room (I don’t smoke) is criminal. Booking.com needs to remove this property from their website. I’ll never book through them again. Very misleading. Filthy
