they are under renovations. the hotel smells like paint. and the vending machines are removed for renovations.

I loved the location it’s close to a lot of restaurants and two grocery stores The customer service. I was charged 500$ for a comforter that was still in the room AFL back behind the baseboard in the bed. Before they charge anybody for anything they should double check before they say something is missing.

The pool was not working, and that was our main purpose of choosing that hotel, and on the app that we booked through did not tell us that the pool was not working

The breakfast was fresh and tasted very good. The bed was comfortable, and the environment was quiet. Thermostat in my room was broken even though there were extra rooms available they refused to place us in a different room that would be more comfortable. They did not even come into the room to look at the issue. Along with this despite having proof of payment in my hand they claimed that I did not pay and made me pay for the room a second time.

There was remodeling being done so the pool and fitness area was closed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. The shower needed a good scrub. Could hear noise in the hall at night.
