I can honestly say one of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed in and I’m 65 years old we found debris in the bottom of the bed between the sheets. I won’t say that it was a bedbugs, but very likely could’ve been. It was very late. We decided not to call anyone just shook the sheets out. Put them back on and try to sleep. Needless to say we didn’t get much sleep all night. Nobody available to check in had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the window and open it. Nobody available for checkout the following morning at 9 AM. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up to check us out.

It wasn't loud or uncomfortable being in the room. It was my first solo stay at any hotel & I would absolutely stay there again. Being honest. The room smelled kind of weird when I first walked in. I believe that was only because of the cleaning products they may have used prior. Other than that it was fine.

I booked a non-smoking room more than a month in advance specifically because I cannot tolerate smoke exposure. However, upon arrival, I was informed that there were no non-smoking rooms available and that the only option was a smoking room. This completely defeated the purpose of reserving early and was a major failure on the hotel’s part to honor a confirmed reservation. The room I was placed in was unbearable. The smell of smoke was overwhelming, the room was poorly maintained, and I was unable to sleep because I felt like I was suffocating throughout the night. No guest should ever be forced into conditions that negatively impact their health and comfort, especially after specifically reserving a non-smoking accommodation well in advance. What made the situation even more frustrating was the way it was handled by management. I was told a non-smoking double room was available, but only if I paid an additional charge. It is completely unreasonable to expect a guest to pay more simply to receive the type of room that was originally booked and confirmed. When I requested to speak with someone above the manager, I was informed that there was “no one above her” and that the decision was final. That response was dismissive, unprofessional, and unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. Although I was eventually offered a non-smoking room for the remainder of my stay, that does not change the fact that the first night of my stay was ruined due to your hotel’s error and lack of proper resolution. I believe compensation is warranted for the inconvenience, discomfort, and poor customer service I experienced. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding how your company intends to address this matter. I hope corporate leadership takes this complaint seriously, as this experience has significantly damaged my trust in your brand.
