I love Holiday in express. Quiet, comfortable, clean rooms. This one in Augusta seems recently updated! The young lady at the desk was friendly and accommodating. Quick and easy check in! And the Breakfast is ALWAYS a winner in my book!

The staff was friendly, especially Tobias and Kathleen, who were extremely helpful and kind. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The free breakfast had everything you could possibly want. Will definitely book there again!

I booked and paid for a king suite online and upon arrival I had been downgraded to a double queen suite. Granted still suite, however I don't like the tiny little beds. I sleep in a king at home therefore I want a king when I'm traveling for vacation. The lady at the front desk told me there was nothing she could do that they were booked up she couldn't explain why I was downgraded. I explain to her I already had paid online in full for my sweet showed her my receipt but once again she said there was nothing that she could do. So they ended up crediting me some points to my account. Didn't give me any money back just gave me a few points. Not exactly the solution I was expecting. But it was late so we went ahead and checked in instead of trying to book another hotel. Place is well manicured and very well kept. Just have a problem downgrading people that already paid for people just walking in checking in off the street.
