Ceiling tile were falling in as well as knobs off the dressers and night stands no microwave or refrigerator! We had walk around building for access even though we’re on ground level with pool and beach access. $2600+ I could’ve took a cruise for that amount!

The biggest positive is definitely the location. You really can't beat being right on the beach. That said, there were several things that made our stay disappointing, especially for what we paid. We traveled with elderly parents, and getting to the beach was very difficult. There wasn't an accessible walkway or an easy way for anyone with mobility issues to reach the sand. If you're traveling with elderly family members or someone who is handicapped, this is something to keep in mind. Our room's had issues. The refrigerator didn't work, musty smell. The microwave was difficult for my elderly parents to use. The pool didn't look clean, I didn't getting in. One thing that really surprised me was the parking situation. The pancake house on the property is extremely busy every morning, and its customers filled most of the parking lot. As hotel guests, had hard time finding a place to park. The hotel should reserve parking for guests and have restaurant patrons park across the street. Also, for the price of the rooms, I really expected at least a complimentary continental breakfast-a basic amenity that would make the stay feel like a better value. Overall, the beachfront location is the best part of this hotel., but the lack of accessibility, crowded parking, and limited amenities-it hard to feel like we got our money's worth.

Says smart tv and that is true but it cannot connect to internet. Some weird sewer like smells in different areas like the elevator. Nice economical level hotel but the price was for a four star hotel. Would not recommend at that price.

Considering this was a “hotel”, I was very impressed with the room, the pools and the easy access to the beach.

We thought the room came with free breakfast so that stunned us since they didnt tell me we had to pay for it while I was asking about it. I had alot of difficulty trying to add 1 nite to our stay and they wouldnt let me have it at the same price I had booked for. They added $160 to the price I paid so we didnt add the extra nite.

Location was great. Staff was efficient and helpful. Room was clean with very comfortable beds.

It was a great experience overall. However I wish they would clean the rooms as in vacuum the floors. Especially being on the beach. Other than that. No complaints.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everything was well maintained, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, and we look forward to returning in the future.

The rooms were clean. Had a kitchenette but no cookware. Had to wait on maintenance for over an hour. They just dropped off what we needed and we resolved the issue. The cleaning crew did a great job. Thank you ladies!!!

The view of the beach was amazing and quick access was so nice and definitely the best part about our stay! Our room was cleaned well! The outdoor pool was nice could have been a bit cleaner but still did the job of cooling us off. There were a few things around the property could have been maintained a bit better such a trash and cigarettes laying around. Overall though we had and fun and will definitely stay again!

We have stayed here multiple times. This is one of our favorite spots in Gulf Shores. This time the room was hot and the air didn't get it cooled off until the next morning. We sweated all night making the stay very miserable.

I checked in while it was raining and had no TV. They finally moved me to another room and TV worked fine. The second room had recently been remodeled and much nicer than the first. They don't have enough parking so many have to park in an unlit, poorly paved lot across the street. It rained a lot and this was terrible! We had soaked shoes running through a river to get to the hotel.

I liked the property close to the ocean and the view was beautiful I did not care to much for the pancake house located in the back of the office the food was not good the service was slow and never got anyone for a refill of coffee prices were to high for what we got, My granddaughter ordered egg omlet all it was was scrambled egg folded over no cheese not nothing service was bad

I do not recommend this hotel. The only real positive is it is located on the beach. The place is dirty, elevators, hallways, pool, and rooms are all in need of serious cleaning. Our room, 326, was damp. We discovered that the air conditioning was not vented or drained to the outside. Everything we had got damp in this room. Even a birthday card my wife gave me collected so much dampness that it was ruined. Most of the drink machines didn't work, and the ones that did delivered hot sodas. The cost is way over inflated and the price that Expedia gave me was not accurate. I was charged much more. This is the second time I have been given a second rate room booking through Expedia. There was a section of this hotel that had carpeted hallways and working vending machine, but not our section. Dirty tiled hallways, no vending machines and no ice machines in the section Expedia put us in. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Expedia does not provide the deal you expect. I'll just book directly from now on. Even the hotel staff treated us differently because we didn't book direct with them. One example of that is they refused to allow me the hotel member points. There's no value in booking with the Expedia bundle and it actually can reduce the value and cause more headaches than any so called savings.

Bed was comfy! Kitchenette had oven knobs on the front of the appliance which was hard to keep toddler from playing with. There was also an adjoining door that may (?) have been painted shut- idk I still put a chair on the knob anyway. Walls were VERY thin- could hear neighbors tv all night. There’s also a huge gap in the door to the hallway from the floor. Fridge was cold and worked well. Most of the vending machines were out of drinks or drinks were HOT when they came out. A/C worked great! Overall, I wouldn’t return but this was booked as a last minute stay on a road trip.
