A fantastic experience! The hotel is beautiful and modern, and our room with a terrace facing the ocean was a dream. The location is unbeatable, perfect for walking around the area. We loved that it included breakfast and beach amenities like umbrellas and chairs. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was very nice & it’s located in the best spot of Gulf Shores. So many restaurant’s & shopping is in walking distance. The rooms were very clean & nice. The free breakfast at this hotel was amazing. One of the best I ever had!! Definitely give this hotel a 10/10!! We will be staying here again. Also great pool area & walkway to beach across the street. They also give beach chairs & umbrella per room.

Beautiful hotel, very clean. Easy, quick walk to the beach. Starbucks in lobby is convenient. Poolside food was good but also lots of places to eat or carryout in walking distance. Front desk staff really sweet.

We loved our stay there but the pool and the pool area could have been cleaned better!

There were two of us traveling together as friends, so we specifically booked two queen beds because we each wanted our own bed. The front desk told us our only options were to stay in the king room for the first night and hope a two-queen room became available the next day, or cancel our reservation entirely. After a long day of travel, being told to either accept a room that didn't meet the reservation we had booked or cancel our stay was extremely frustrating. I left the conversation feeling like our concerns weren't taken seriously, and the lack of a better solution or meaningful apology made the experience even more disappointing.

You could tell they were under staffed. However, they did try their best to make up for it. Breakfast was a big hit for my family, something for everyone. We will definitely be staying here again.

Overall wonderful resort.. only reason it doesn’t get a 5 star rating from me is because the room that I booked wasn’t readily available on arrival but when they did get us switched to the type of room specified, there was no real air conditioning, only one of the portable floor units which didn’t do that much space any justice so it was pretty uncomfortable to sleep with it being so warm.. other than that everything was great from the view, the buffet breakfast, pool bar and beach access

The parking fees are ridiculous and I was charged double and I am trying to get that resolved There are no phone numbers that I can find on my receipts in case I have an issue or problem with my charges or stay. Communication is very much needed at this hotel

The hotel overall was great. When we checked in the room wasn't ready so, it was a 30-minute wait. The room next us had a dog that barked all the time and the air-conditioning in the room was extremely loud, enough we needed to turn the TV volume up and down as it kicked on and off.

It was clean and nice area quite The staff was not very approachable and never smiled. The pool area is way to small, lots of people trying to get a chair near the pool The parking fees are ridiculous, I understand the valet charge but not having to pay for parking if you are staying there.
