The food and staff in restaurant were great. Breakfast good. All the staff in resort were friendly.

Unfortunately, there were several maintenance issues in our room. During rainstorms, water leaked inside our room from the balcony area, and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling away from the wall. Another downside was the $35 per day parking fee. We also found the hotel less family-friendly during the weekdays because there were several large business conferences taking place. The high number of conference attendees made it difficult to find parking, even though we had already paid for it. Overall, the hotel has many great qualities, but some maintenance issues and parking challenges took away from what otherwise could have been an excellent stay.

Got there and our room wasn’t ready even though we arrived almost 2hrs after check in. We were told we needed to accept a smaller room than the one I paid her. I told the receptionist I was not accepting a room that wouldn’t accommodate my family. Another staff member helped us. We got a room, the room we walked into was not cleaned yet. Had to wait for another one. I expected so much more for the price I was paying.

We had a great stay. Room was spacious with a nice sized bonus room and deck. Staff took care of every need we had. Breakfast was amazing - made to order omelets and WAFFELS! Pool area was amazing, clean, stocked and had a great view of the ocean. The bar and restaurant was great too. Live music and a lot of fun outdoor activities. Location location location. This is where we will always stay.

The room was super clean and fresh. Absolutely loved how big and spacious the shower was. The air conditioning was super cold like me and the family love. Staff were friendly.

The entire stay was fantastic. The service was EXCELLENT and the amenities were great. Definitely will stay here again.

The hotel is a nice place to stay for a quick weekend getaway but I would not stay longer as the beds are extremely hard and I don’t think I could have lasted another night in the bed.

As usual the staff here was exceptional. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The evening reception is always a big hit and I love that the beach chairs and umbrellas are taken care of.

Girls trip!!! Beautiful Building… We had a GREAT TIME! Except for the fire alarm going off at 10pm. But hey, we now know it works. Haha Great Location. Quite a few stores to shop around in close by. Pool area is nice with outside Bar!! Breakfast was good. The Beach chairs with Umbrella needs a definite upgrade. They are the old wooden chair that do not lay flat and have a wooden rod along your back. Overall I’d definitely stay again!

Had a great time despite a fire alarm incident. Wonderful room with a view!

Only one elevator was working, breakfast too crowded and meals cold and not enough.

Emnassy Suites stay was top notch.

Front desk was marginally helpful on several occasions. They acted as if they were doing folks a favor when asking about where things were or assistance with luggage. Overall the experience was perfect!
