Pretty much everything! Staff was extremely nice and they took care of our every need. Great location , even though there was a little walk to the beach, access was very easy. The pay to park was unexpected…I didn’t know about it until we arrived. It could’ve been in the property description when I booked the room and I just didn’t read it.

Breakfast is very accommodating, the staff are very friendly, the evening snacks by the lobby is great, the pool is nice, bartender is super nice , the valley guys are helpful! Will be back for sure.

The not so good from this hotel was the elevator were so slow and sometimes we would have to wait quite a bit. Another thing was that I saw some kids touching the food with their hands and the workers didn’t do anything. Also the free bicycle that they offer with our stay are not maintained a lot of them needed air and we heard some kids saying that they are using the embassy bicycles and they are not even staying there. That was messed up because we paid for something that we couldn’t enjoy. Overall I would stay here again while visiting gulf shores.

Great location, we only drove our car once to go to the zoo. Everything else is walking distance. Loved the breakfast in the morning and the s'more's in the evening. The gym is open 24 hours. I also got a text from a real person that I could communicate about any needs or questions I had. I didn’t like that the trash in the room was not picked up daily unless I asked. The towels were not replaced unless I asked. Housekeeping came by once in the 5 days.

I would come back.

Room was clean, hotel was so convenient with everything they offered. Will use this place every time i travel here.

The location was the best part, very easy to get everywhere by foot The hotel was having issues with their laundry service so we only had clean dry towels when we arrived. The biggest issue that I had with the experience was the lack of communication between the hotel and guests. We never had maintenence come to our room to cleanse the sheets, trash, or sand. We had to steal the towels we saw from the pool area just to have a clean towel. Our television was disconnected and had to have IT. The check in counter never "checked in" our child so we were met with attitude at breakfast.

It was very frustrating to have to wait beyond the expected check-in time and then arrive at a room that was not fully prepared. Towels are a basic necessity that should have been available when we checked in. Overall, this was a very disappointing start to our stay.
