We loved the location. It is very close to the beach - a walking distance. It is also close to the bay. We had our dog with us so it was great to be able to walk him on the bay and let him go swimming and have fun. The condo was wonderful. We had some issues with the company that manages the condo but the place itself, the location and the comfort of it was great. Two days before the move in date we were contacted by the management company (Luna properties) and told we have to pay a pet fee of $199. In their rental agreement it did not say how much the pet fee was. So if I were renting again, I would ask ahead of time how much the pet fee is. Not everyone can pay that type of money last minute and I wish they were transparent from the start. The lady also yelled at me on the phone and made it really stressful

Accommodations were nice. The condo was nicely decorated. It's about 2 blocks from the beach. I am very pleased that it's pet friendly, also. Location is close to everything you would want to do (driving wise).
