Check in was a breeze, the front desk coordinator was very busy but made us feel welcome and each guest at ease while she multitasked and got us taken care of right away. The property was very clean. Overall, we had an amazing stay and made some great memories. And apparently the beds deserve their own review our 11-year-old girls said they were the most comfortable beds they’ve ever slept in in their entire lives 😂 We would definitely come back!

Bathrooms by water area in poor condition. Bed uncomfortable. Air issues and overwhelming deoderizer used. Room seemed not well kept. No parking near anything.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed at the Oasis and loved being so close to the pool. Quiet at night - there is a quiet hours rule. Louie at the wine bar makes outstanding craft cocktails. Chloe at the pool was very helpful in answering our questions. Towels provided at the pool and the room is stocked with plenty for your stay. Shout out to Josh at the pool bar for great service! A couple of areas for improvement: there are no in-room microwaves(there is a fridge), prices for food, drinks and activities are a little steep and there are unexpected costs ($20 for a table with umbrella at the pool). We ate elsewhere bc of this and staked out one of the few free covered tables each day. The bathrooms for the pool are located outside of the water park area. The location was not communicated on any of the info we received, so I’m guessing many people aren’t aware. A guest info book in each room and some additional hooks for wet towels and swimsuits would be great. All said, we had a great stay, a very relaxing time and will be back.

Our stay was great other than the a/c not working again. Second time since May. Our room was hot. But they said there’s no compensation they can give us. Which really sucks. Because we love going there. And this was our second time this year already.

On the morning of our checkout, shortly before 11:00 a.m., we were preparing to leave the room. I decided to use the bathroom before checking out. At the time, the “Do Not Disturb” sign was clearly displayed on our door, and it was still before the required checkout time. While I was using the bathroom, I did not close the bathroom door because I was in a hurry and believed I was in the privacy and security of our hotel room. I then heard a knock at the door. Before I had an opportunity to respond, a housekeeping employee entered the room. I was extremely shocked and uncomfortable because the “Do Not Disturb” sign was clearly displayed on the door, and we had not given permission for anyone to enter. My husband immediately rushed to stop the employee from coming further into the room and pointed out that the “Do Not Disturb” sign was on the door. I screamed because I felt completely violated and caught off guard. I understand that housekeeping may need to access rooms at certain times but entering an occupied guest room without receiving a response, particularly when a “Do Not Disturb” sign is clearly displayed and it is still before

Great stay! Needed more counter help at bar/restaurant but staff was very helpful.

Great place for a fun weekend getaway!!!

The beds were comfortable. We researched the history of the place and found it quite interesting.

The waterpark was large, but several areas of the children’s water playground had visible mold/mildew. Our biggest issue was the air conditioning. It was out for our entire stay, and we were told maintenance had already left for the day. Box fans were offered, but it was already around 10 PM, making that an inadequate solution. The food was also very expensive, but the taste and quality did not match the prices. We were told a manager would compensate us because our air conditioning was out, but no one ever followed up. I called today and was told no one there could provide the compensation and that I had to wait until Sheila comes in tomorrow. The person answering also seemed annoyed that I was calling about it. I’m disappointed that there wasn’t a manager available on Monday who could actually resolve a guest complaint, especially after compensation had already been discussed. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again. We visit the Mississippi Gulf Coast and will continue staying at Margaritaville instead. For the price, this experience simply wasn’t worth it.
