There for 2 days and the TV's never worked Wifi kept going in/out No comp. breakfast

You have no free coffee in the whole motel and I can’t see you spending 450 for a cup of coffee cause every other motel has free coffee so you can have coffee anytime of the day you want. There is no free breakfast or any kind of snacks that you can grab on your way out without paying enormous amount. We had four rooms there from August 4 to August 6 and nobody had any TV and in one of my rooms upstairs for my crew member his whole curtain rod fell off as soon as he touched it and you could see on the ceiling where they had tried to repair it several times and it just not working. In my room, there was no shampoo no soap no nothing not even the little

1) There was mold in our bathroom 2) Some of the beds may just flip over if you sit on the end 3) The TVs didn’t not work the entire weekend 4) None of the phones work either 5) The overall cleanness of this place is 1 6) For the price they should offer Continental breakfast 7) VERY limited handicap parking! Maybe 4-5 spots 8) upon check in a FEW of our family members had issues with checking into the right room. Receiving the right room. My niece was given a key that OPENED my brother (not her father’s room), their belongings were still in there. They put them in another room. 9) The ice machine only worked on the 1st floor 10) the paint in our tub was PEELING 11) frig barely kept our food cool I requested a late night check out, I was informed by a female that 12p would be my check out and I’d be charged I informed my husband to get our cards updated and he was informed that because we booked through a 3rd party they could not extend a late check-out. What’s the difference between 1130a and 12p 😒 Meanwhile another party of ours was granted 1p check-out. There were over 10 rooms booked by our family reunion. NEVER EVER AGAIN

Tv was not working for the entire stay ice machine on the floor was broken? Toliet took forever to flush and the water ran for some time after. The front desk didn't not even mention the TV was not working

Overall the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, had a weird smell in the room, plus the tv worked but you couldn't watch anything b/c the cable was out, they said they were fixing it but unfortunately not while we stayed, other than those few things, it's a pretty great place to stay

Room were clean but had a musty odor.

Impressed with how the staff were so willing. Any obstacle or issue were quickly overcome with the help of the friendly staff.

Also, charged me extra taxes on my bill even though i had paid those already through Expedia. Front desk girl was nice but no knowledge of why this occurred.

When we arrived the view was beautiful however once we entered the rooms I would’ve thought we were at a motel 6. We had what looked like smeared blood on the curtains, walls and bathrooms were all dirty. Requested a roll away bed and was told the chair pulled out. After several attempts to pull it out requested help. They came and said o that doesn’t pull out. We left to get dinner and they said our rooms would be cleaned once we returned. We returned to the same condition as we left. When asked about it was told there was no housekeepers there and they didn’t have any other curtains to change it out with. Front desk was very kind. Pool area was very clean and nice

Older property. Perfect for our 1 night needs. Do not recommend staying here if you are looking for beach time. It's too close to the port/marina. Perfect location if wanting to take the Water Taxi to Ship Island for the day. Easy accessible parking. Restaurants near by with a short easy drive.

Not as luxurious as I expected because of the price.

The only reason I stayed is because it was non-refundable. I checked in my room and immediately it smelled of pet urine. The toilet was not clean, walls were dirty, carpet not vacuumed, linen had spots. I switched to another room and the same result. I got another room(3rd switch) and this time the smell was better but room was still outdated and needed cleaning. The hotel needs renovations. It is OLD, carpet not clean and the entire hotel not well kept or managed properly. Garbage cans full, no umbrellas for pool area, SLOW staff during breakfast (only one person working). I REPEAT, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! I lost ALL respect for the Marriott Brand. I was extremely disappointed. I bought cleaning products and cleaned my own room. It is across from the beach but DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

Everything was wonderful what?\n Definitely comes. Day, again, at any given time, everything was excellent service was great.

Room was pretty clean but smelled weird. Ice machines didn’t work very well. Laundry room didn’t work either. Pool was clean, and location was great as you could easily walk to the beach.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, located close to the area where we were visiting.

Right on the beach. But poorly maintained and with a very unenthusiastic staff. 👎
