It was a great experience

Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable. As soon as we walked in, we noticed a strong moldy, musty smell that never went away. The floors were dirty, and the bathroom counters clearly had not been cleaned properly. The paint was peeling off the walls, there were holes in the bathroom walls, and the overall condition made the room feel neglected. What concerned us the most was the ceiling in both the room and the bathroom. It appeared damaged and looked like it could cave in at any time, which made us uncomfortable during our stay. The staff deserves praise for their professionalism, but the hotel itself is in serious need of cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. Based on the condition of the room, I would not stay here again or recommend it until these issues are addressed. We didn't even stay for breakfast, we packed up as soon as we got enough rest to coutinue our journey.

The place smelled like mildew, so did the elevator. When we got to the room although it was clean, the beds were deceiving as soon as you sat on the bed it sunk. The rooms smelled hardcore like moth balls and a very strong mint smell. I slept 5 hours and left quickly! The only good thing i would have to say is that the man at the reception was super nice and friendly. Cant knock the staff for the bad experience.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, the pool area was disgustingly dirty and clearly not being maintained. It was very disappointing because I was looking forward to using it. Cleanliness should extend to all areas of the hotel, not just the rooms. I hope management takes better care of the pool area for future guests.

Pool had paint chips all throughout, was murky and had a very squishy substance at the bottom. Lobby had to be almost 90 degrees. Room had chunks of floor lvl glued in placed of the trim. Looked like a kindergarten cut and pasted in a very un professional manner. First night, woke up multiple times to people stomping on the floor above and once with a person loud knocking on the door. The second night, woke up with the fire alarm repeatedly going off, not sure if it was related to the stench of marijuana. Not somewhere to take your small children. Breakfast was adequate.

The only thing I enjoyed about the property was the pillows. The housekeeper was extremely nice. The hotel is old, our room have a dip in the floor like climbing up a hill 331, the doors didn’t close. Don’t get me started on the pool! The pictures are false advertisement. The breakfast was terrible.

Then the treadmill wasn’t working. I went there for a mental healing self care day. So I wasn’t being picky about the stuff but it wasnt as good as I expected it. I stayed at other comforts and they were great no issues. This one was a first were I wasn’t fully satisfied

This will be one our family remembers for a while! It was awful but the guy at the front desk was nice. When we arrived, the front desk area had no AC. The poor front desk guy was poring with sweat but he assured me that our air worked in the rooms. Then, as soon as we got upstairs we start hearing the fire alarm going off. The hall way smelled so bad and hazy from smoke. I went back down to ask again what that was about and he told me a light bulb had caught on fire but he assured us it was ok. When I went outside to get more luggage, a man was outside smoking saying he was ticked and that he wished they call the fire dept or an actual electrician and he had been there on an extended stay and this wasn’t worth it. I noticed the back door key card assess did not work and the guy told me it’s always unlocked. The rooms were so dirty and floors had not been swept and the tub was dirty. I get it was forth of July and it was busy. But no reason for all this. I honestly just needed sleep for a few hours and wasn’t expecting super fancy. But there isn’t any reason for all the other stuff and the uncleanliness.

Good option for just a one night stay. Check in was smooth and we even got to check in early. Our pull out couch did not have sheets or blankets so we had to ask. Was told we had to bring down our old towels to get new ones even though there was only 4 and we had 5 people.

For what you pay it’s decent

Didnt have towels . Bed sheets had cigarette burnt holes and was very dirty
-
Staff was good. Room floor needed to be mopped better.
-
The elevator didn’t work. Hotel smelled like cigarettes. The breakfast wasn’t up to par but the staff was friendly.
-
The hotel is old. Doors stick. The air conditioner rattlesnake. Children running the hallways. It is a hotel for sports families.
-
The lights went out and the staff attempted to charge my car twice and it froze my car for 24 hours! My room didn’t have any tissues it had a dirty face towel on the shower hanging. I give this hotel a two star over all

Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good but you can tell it’s an older hotel that needs a little TLC. Overall clean and great location in regards to restaurants nearby. We would stay there again 👍
