Bed was not comfortable people above us were still letting there kids run at 1:30am. Was not worth 50. A night alone 152.00 each for 2 rooms! Very nasty place just hoping we did not bring nay roaches home in our stuff!

The stay was pretty decent. I don’t have any complaints.

The staff were kind. The rooms were not clean for example: finger prints on the mirrors, wet/ greasy wipes on walls by headboard, peanuts on floor, shade damaged on top left corner, and stains on sofa. The room key card was not working properly, however the front desk man helped me out twice. The indoor “heated” pool was not heated and ice cold. Parking was good, hotel was in a good location and staff were kind. Overall stay was below okay. This property needs some maintenance and better cleaning.

Stairs need to be clean. The inside pool needs to be renovated. The room floors are unleveled.

My room… I stayed in a King Size suite with the jacuzzi tub, ROOM 302. At first glance, everything looked fine. Upon closer inspection as we were unpacking, things were not looking so great. The door into the room gets stuck and is super loud. The chain lock on the inside of the door looked like it had been bent upwards (still worked but was not very reassuring that if something happened, it would hold). On the far back wall in the “living room” area with the couch, the lamp was plugged into an electrical socket that was sticking half-way out of the wall. The TV in that area also did NOT work. It would turn on but no sound or picture would come through. Now to the Jaccuzz. The main reason I booked that specific suite. The nozzle moved 180 degrees and there was NO hot water. It got lukewarm at best, and then when the jets were turned on, it was dirty. I tried to use it the one time but was so disappointed, I didn’t use again. It was a waste of money. Now for the pool… the pool needs to be drained and seriously cleaned and repainted. I was reluctant to even let my kids swim because of all the stuff floating around in it, which I realized later was paint. I was very unhappy with my stay here and will not be returning to this hotel again if I am in Gulfport.

However, the beds were comfortable and we had a lot of space. It was worth what we paid.

The hotel was overall just horrible! We had mold in our room, the roof was falling in, elevator was out and we were on the third floor, there wasn’t much of a breakfast it was just the worst hotel I’ve stayed in

Mold in ceilings. Smelt like mold. My brother got hung in the elevator and when he told the staff instead of saying im sorry she said we know instead we have been told by 10 people. Just have stayed in way better. Its been updated some but everything was rusting and paint in bathroom was over hair on walls that didnt get cleaned before fresh pain beds was very hard there was one very nice and helpful lady that was doing the sunday morning breakfast she was very polite and was running like a chicken with her head cut off while girl at front desk was on cell phone

It was ok for a quick stay.

I had a very disappointing stay. The room was dirty, and it was obvious that the sheets had not been properly washed. The towels still had someone else’s hair on them, which was extremely unsanitary. The sink had a strong, unpleasant odor, making the bathroom uncomfortable to use. To make matters worse, the outdoor trash bins were overflowing with garbage. Overall, the lack of cleanliness made for a very uncomfortable experience, and I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.

Excellent customer service from the hotel receptionist to the house keepers. Breakfast was okay. We reserved two double bed rooms both were very clean and spacious. Bathrooms were clean as well. We enjoyed our stay.
