SureStay by Best Western Gulfport

The rooms are very clean and had everything we needed. I will definitely come here again and recommend to others

My key did not work the next time we tried to get in after check-in. We went STS weekend and it is by the Gulfport Dragway and the people leaving were cutting up and being extremely loud.

The staff are just wonderful. They work very hard to make sure your stay is a good one. The hotel is close enough to surrounding tourist areas to be convenient, but far enough (one exit over) to be quiet and accessible. There's a Waffle House and a Denny's within walking distance (I'm talking like less than three minutes), literally right next to the property. If you need an affordable option in a very nice hotel with a lot of places nearby, you won't find a better place than this one.

the property was fine I have stayed here multiple times and never had any issues, until the last time I stayed there. I payed cash for our room and the $100 deposit on my card as I always do when we stayed here. They proceeded to charge my card a 2nd time for the room and when I called to ask about it that said “we don’t take cash so there is no way you paid for your room in cash”

Staff was very friendly and helpful the room was clean and nice. We had a burnt light in the bathroom and they came within a minute of me calling the front desk and got it fixed. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was dark and dated. There was someone working on his truck in the parking lot. There were kids riding bikes all over. The air conditioner didn't work and the people upstairs were yelling and sound like they were throwing furniture. Lessoned learned, you get what you pay for. $54 nightly, that's what you get.

Just caught a few hours sleep as a stop on a road trip. A/C had a strong mildew smell. Property is dated.

our room had a musty smell. Floor felt damp. Bed has a metal base, with everymove you could hear it bang. breakfast was good.

Disappointing

Generously sized room, quiet A/C, exceptional value. Close to the highway for convenience yet far enough away to stay relatively quiet. Free breakfast is basic but very fair given the rate. Great stay for anyone looking for value, extended stays or staying for business. No complaints given the very reasonable rates

The room was clean, but smell like smoke. room for 4 and there was a little tiny bottle of shampoo not enough for one person. It's better to not put any.
