The hotel was so clean and it smelled that way. The towels were fresh and accommodations were excellent. I will definitely stay here again!

Very clean. The cleanest breakfast area compared to any other hotel we stayed in. And the staff was especially kind and helpful in making our stay perfect. We will definitely be back.

Clean, great location and well maintained I had prepaid for the room on booking so I was surprised when the front desk tried to charge me. . Luckily I had the copy of the reservation that said paid as she was pretty insistent it hadn’t been prepaid. She wasn’t rude or unpleasant just seemed unaware the room had been prepaid. She then spent 5 minutes on the computer trying to figure it out. I was unaware there was a refundable deposit of 50.00. Hopefully that will be refunded

Clean, welcoming, and very comfortable, especially the bed. Consistent with what I am accustomed to in Hampton Inn.

The staff was great and considerate. We were traveling with a 7 week old and they put us on the non highway side. Our first room smelled funny and they moved us to another room. I would stay again.

Location, easy to find. Right off the exit. Good breakfast. Good pillows. Even numbered rooms face insterstate 81. It's loud. Bed was more like what I would find at a motor lodge.

Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. Our issues are with the room amenities. The pillows were so soft, you may as well not have had one. Most hotels we stay at offer at least 2 types, medium and firm. This hotel offers only what’s on the bed which is next to nothing. We had to go out and buy our own pillows since we were there for 4 days. There was nothing in the room regarding the area and what was nearby. Even if there was, there was nothing to write on or with. Nothing to show how to use the TV. It seems items are being discontinued which are truly the most helpful in our opinion.
