Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Juice dispenser out of order and sketchy food. TV remote was missing from our room and shower and toilet needed a good cleaning.

The location was convenient to I-81. There were several fast food places in the area. The room was clean and in good repair. The bed was a bit soft and the breakfast choices were limited. The WIFI was a little shaky. We had to log in more than once before we stayed logged on.

Hotel looked fairly new. Clean and bright decor and Comfortable. Not much available outside of the hotel property. excited to see a Dunkin nearby! No coffee available in the lobby was a Big disappointment and breakfast selections were Poor! That aside, the stay was restful! No coffee available in the lobby, which is a nice touch that most hotels offer! Coffee at breakfast, which came from a machine, was disgusting and came with fake powder creamer! With a little more effort, this could be a more enjoyable stay!

The room was 85 degrees when we got there and it was 70 degrees outside. The air conditioner must have been broken. We had to sleep with the window open and 81 was very loud. This is a character building hotel. If your not looking to get tougher, find another option.
