Days Inn by Wyndham Hardeeville Near Hilton Head

The place needs a good cleaning in each room. The bathroom ceiling paint almost fell on me while showering. The staff weren’t that friendly or helpful. The pool was closed the entire time I stayed there. But the place was in a good location overall.

The room was filthy the sheets where dirty the toilet was broken the shower floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. DONT STAY HERE.

The property is dirty, front desk gave a room was still dirty from previous guest, after commuting to him he gave a room and 20 minutes after someone open the door, because he double booked the room. The bed was disgusting looks like it was changed! I found hair and the towels had so many stains that used a shirt of my husband to dry myself

Room was dirty. Rat droppings all over the floor. They never gave us house keeping while there.never changed sheets.no fresh towels. Didn't do nothing

Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Staff seemed nice. Roaches. Edges of rooms not cleaned. We arrived after dark, didn't realize a train track was so close. I think it was a branch only for a factory or business but noice started early like the train was being loaded. We didn't shower. It was in sad shape. The grout was gone in some places. Tub did not look clean or it was old. Sink and counter looked new and spotless. Didn't eat breakfast. It was not the best. No waffles for waffle lovers. Coffee was excellent.

Pool was green. Facility was bad location and garbage all over outside. Did not even check in canceled reservation and went to different hotel

Upon arrival, the reception office had a foul odor. We got out room key and the floor was dusty, the beds did not appear clean, linen was cloudy white. The ac unit was very dusty. The room itself had a foul smell as well. The lightning was terrible. The restroom was very dirty. The toilet water was cloudy and appeared to not have been cleaned in a long time. The bathtub was very dirty. The toilet paper was not a new roll and we did not have any more toilet paper. We only had one small towel. I did not feel comfortable sleeping here as it was very dirty. The pool was not usable, extremely dirty. Would NOT recommend.

I booked 2 rooms,one for my daughter and her 3 boys and my husband and our 2 little guys My Daughter and grandsons couldn't sleep people in the room beside her were fighting and kicking and hitting the walls,door, and the heater/AC unit.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The tub was black and floors were sticky and had a very distinct smell.

Room could have been cleaner. The bottom of shower curtain was mildewed. Towels had holes in them. The sheets need replaced.

Parking was easy. did not use pool

Floors sheets dingy toilets broken microwave bad and refrigerators don't wrk! something horribly wrong in every room!

My issue was I booked through Booking.com and then when I got to the hotel they had cancelled my room. The guy at the window who barely spoke English said it was cancelled because of the charges my card and it was declined but on booking.com it said no payment until arrival at the location. There was no message or anything from the location to booking about a cancellation. Also On booking.com the room was $81 but the hotel charged me $120 after taxes. I wasn’t going to deal with that huge of a charge but every other hotel in that area was out of rooms. So I had no choice. Booking and this location needs better communication.

The old 25 year-old air conditioner made noise and it was a very loud room floors have never been washed. It’s gross.
