The buffet breakfast wasn’t great. The hot foods were overcooked, bordering on burnt. The fresh apples were bruised and gashed. You can tell they’re trying. I’d stay again if I couldn’t find another place in the area for the right price.

The room was clean and looked new. The staff were fine—friendly enough. However, the breakfast was disappointing. The food quality was poor, with limited options compared to other hotels. Overall, the breakfast felt cheap and was the biggest letdown of my stay.

Decent hotel, not up to par with the normal of the Holiday Inn Express. Area is pretty poor also.

All good!

Nothing Cleanliness. The floor of my room (which was not carpeted) was sticky and the bathtub was very slippery. The equipment in the fitness center was limited.

Location The one night pet fee was $100.00. It was obvious it was a pet room, the couch or chair in the room were filthy which I took a picture and shared with the front desk I was told someone would get back with me, never happened.

Very clean ! The beds are too hard for the backs n the pillows for the necks but still good for few days .

Free Breakfast was very good . Decent variety of food. Room was clean, but little dated. Bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable. We cut our stay short by a day just because couldn't take another night sleeping on the bed.

Could be more updated and cleaner around the elevator

I had a busy weekend, but the staff were nice, accommodating, and my room was great! Thank you!

Nothing I got a early check like I asked. But after check in got to my room laying on bed watching TV and the door opens no knock and no voice saying loud maintenance. He said do you check in I said yes. Then he continued to change the bulb in hall by bathroom and it broke glass every where and he cleaned it up best he knew how. And I was walking to bathroom and stepped on a piece of glass and got it in my foot. And I checked out and told to desk clerk and she said sorry I can't do nothing for you since I booked it threw a 3rd part and said sorry

So, why am I not giving this place five stars across the board? Well, like I said: I expected to get what I paid for. The hotel advertised that they had an exercise room available. That was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, and not some of the less expensive options nearby. Well, when I stayed there two months ago, I noticed that the equipment was broken. The stationary bicycle didn't work at all - it wouldn't turn on, and despite looking around for a few minutes, I couldn't figure out why (it was plugged in). The treadmill did work, but was set in French (so the speed settings were in kilometers instead of miles). I did a modified workout, and pointed these things out to the lady at the front desk when I checked out. She made a note. Two months later, I came back, and nothing was changed: not even a note on the bicycle saying "out of order." I still like the hotel, but the exercise room was the reason I chose it over another. The cleanliness was also a little less than before. I'm not sure I'll be back.
