Holiday Inn Express Pittsburgh North by IHG

Breakfast was great! Lots of choices and plenty to eat. I prefer carpet in my hotel room and the bathroom was really compact. Some noise the first night but it was gone after the second night.

I liked that the hotel was clean and close to the venue of my event I attended. Downfall was the sink was nasty with soap scum in the bathroom and there was absolutely no soap in the shower but plenty of other toiletries but no soap luckily I brought my own. And the team of boys that was staying there as well were very loud.

Breakfast was nice, and the woman working there was friendly and considerate. Before she ripped everything down and closed off the area, she asked me if I needed anything else to eat. She asked someone else, too. That was nice of her to ask. And the area was neat and clean. Need breakfast open after 930- I am not a morning person! I like to sleep in when I can.

Horrible hotel! One of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed at. Mold in the rooms. Damp climate. Bad smells in every room and in the halls. Stains on sheets and mattresses. Staying at this hotel could be considered abuse. This hotel makes me want to sleep in my car. There were holes in the wall. I can not stress enough that this hotel is awful and that no NEP employee deserves to suffer like this. Putting people at this hotel is inviting illness, pain, suffering, and anguish that our employees do not deserve.

So I always read reviews before I go and should have listened. The hotel was okay. I always check for bugs when I get in the room. There was so much dirt and debris under the bed it sort of threw me off. The bed was probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I have slept in at a hotel. Every time you would move it would squeak. The one staff member I spoke with was super nice. But I would not stay there again. Not for how much I spent on the room. I expected it to be nicer.

Our room was very dirty, to include the sheets. We tried another oom and that too was dirty.

The Entire Staff here is OUTSTANDING! The Very Best and Nicest people. I LOVE staying here!

The location was great. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The beds were to hard

Hotel was clean, staff was helpful and pleasant. Building was dated. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Maintenance was poor. Toilet ran periodically. Because of the bed, we will probably not return again. It was like sleeping on a porch bench cushion.

Place is run down. Dirty. Bed is worse than sleeping on a piece of plywood. Location is sketchy.

Not too busy. A good Holiday Inn breakfast that was just like other Holiday Inn’s we stayed at.

Breakfast was good, staff pleasant, and suited our needs perfectly.

Selection was ok, tables were clean. My cranberry juice had very little taste, watered down a bit too much. Potatoes would have been a good bonus!

Superb

Staff was very nice. The room itself while it was clean for the most part, is very dated. Bed was hard, microwave was 30 yrs old. But both still useful.
