I closed the door and got stuck inside. They knew it was damaged and they replaced only half of the door handle. carpet was ripped. Even the lamps were al rusty.

Nothing Clean ness

Natalie was the only reason this place even got one Star. The room was filthy when we walked in. We found toenails and earrings in the carpet, the AC was so full of mildew and mold, and there were mystery stains all over the walls. We were there for 30 minutes before getting a refund and leaving. I would avoid this place at all costs

Breakfast was gone before 10. Air conditioner old and dirty.

Bed sheets were not cleaned properly. AC was making lot of noise. I have video recording for it. It's horrible place to stay.

Dates of stay: September 18–19, 2026 Room: 214 From the time we entered the hotel, there was an overwhelming unpleasant odor throughout the property. There was a strong mildew/musty smell, along with odors that smelled like alcohol and marijuana/weed in different areas of the hotel. The smell was extremely unpleasant and contributed to an already uncomfortable experience. Our room had numerous cleanliness and maintenance problems that went far beyond normal wear and tear. We found debris and what appeared to be insects around the mattress seams, significant staining on the mattress and bedding, a visibly dirty toilet, dirty surfaces, debris in the refrigerator/freezer, damaged furniture, and damaged/peeling areas of the ceiling. The heating/AC area and areas behind furniture were also extremely dirty. In addition, the television had serious picture problems and was not functioning properly. This was not one minor housekeeping issue. There were cleanliness, sanitation, odor, and maintenance problems throughout the room and hotel. The condition of the mattress and sleeping area was particularly concerning and made us extremely uncomfortable I have numerous photographs and videos taken during our September 18–19 stay documenting these conditions. I can provide them as evidence of the condition of Room 214. We paid for accommodations that should have been clean, sanitary,

Location Bed was hard

I went down at 9 o’clock to receive breakfast and found out they’ve closed it out. It’s supposed to last until 930 but there was no food left out to eat. I found out the hairdryer didn’t work in my unit and later found out the phone didn’t work. It was hard to depend on things that worked. They should’ve served breakfast until 930. That’s what the sign says.

The carpet in our room needed vacuuming, the bathroom had urine visible on floor around toilet, fridge didn't work, microwave had a dish of food inside and also didn't work. Manager swapped out fridge and microwave and cleaned around toilet. No one would do deep clean while we had use of the room. The halls needed to be vacuumed also and tables in breakfast area needed to be cleaned in between people. Breakfast was supposed to go till 10am but most things were gone before 9am and not refilled. Will not stay here again. Absolutely disgusting!!!

The rooms were clean with decent size but the TV , Breakfast basically non existent and area lobby not clean

This was the single nastiest place we have EVER stayed! Would not recommend to ANYONE!
