Quality Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Harmarville

Check-in was quick and they let us in early too but the room I got was really really dirty, smells musty and hard to sleep. As I had to rush out immediately I informed front desk in the night and their response was rude, took Me sometime to shift to another room, that was better in smell but cleanliness was concern there too. Bed sheet, comforters had spots. Carpet was super dirty, no hangers to hang, refrigerator had no selves. List is long… Breakfast no fresh fruits :( would never ever recommend this hotel. Elevator had spider webs and dead moths, carpet was super dirty- hard to say if it’s been wash/clean/replaced since many years.

Could have been cleaner. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fan in the pull out bed room was not able to be used as there were no switches or remotes. We initially thought it was broken until we realized it was probably remote controlled. Needs updated. Pull out bedroom was dirty and had cobwebs in the corners. One outlet was not usable as the chargers would just fall right out of them. Overall for an overnight stay, it was not horrible. Breakfast was good and stocked up.

Many items in the room were in dispair..walls had many gashes, portions showed allot of patchwork... toilet accessories were in disrepair. Carpet was frayed and condition overall was substandard....

Nothing. It was absolutely disgusting and dirty. The check in person had holes all over his t shirt. I had to keep my shoes on in the room because my feet turned black. It was so bad that we checked out after two hours. Everything. Furniture- couch in room was filthy and stained. Furniture is better at Goodwill. So bad.

We loved the staff. They were very friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was ideally located to where we needed to be. It was also clean. There was a variety of breakfast options to choose from. The room we stayed in was very musky.

The staff weed is appropriate and was outgoing and friendly. Check-in was straightforward. The area around the hotel was full of restaurants. The room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and we slept well.
