Very nice room, spacious & charming. Communication was excellent and the breakfast was fantastic. Not too far from the downtown area but sits up on the hill so we drove down anyway and parked at the train station.

We stayed for 2 nights and both breakfasts were gourmet and delicious. Shout out to Chef Meghan! Convenient location to explore historic Harper’s Ferry. A mini fridge would be a super nice addition to room

We really liked this for a getaway. Beautiful old building in a fun area, good places to eat nearby, and delicious breakfast served at 9am.

This was our first time at an B&B, and this historic home had tons of charm! There were large common areas that we could use, including the dining area for breakfast. Our room was large with a spacious bathroom. The king size bed was a little firm for our liking, but the host/owner gave us an extra blanket to help. The chef breakfast was very good-we had a veggie frittata, crispy bacon, hash browns, an English muffin with jam, and a nut muffin. The other day of our stay we couldn’t stay until 9am for breakfast so we were given a to-go option. It was something, but definitely not on par with the main breakfast. It was a 0.8 mile walk, mostly downhill to the Lower Town of Harpers Ferry, which was pretty convenient, especially since we had free parking at the B&B. The air conditioning worked well, especially for such a big, historic home. There were cookies in the kitchen at all times and snacks and a Keurig at the entrance. Breakfast wasn’t served until 9am, which was a little late for us. The chocolate chip cookies were gone the second day leaving only less desirable cookies with nuts. The room never felt like it got dark at night. The bed was very firm.

This is a lovely place to stay. Our morning cook was helpful and affable. The food was tasty and generous. The inn is within walking distance of so many curious highlights and shops as well as historic sites. The room I had was spacious and well maintained. An overall pleasant experience.

The breakfast was amazing and the owner/chef was extremely knowledgeable of the area and helpful. The room was gorgeous and location perfect for exploring Harper’s Ferry.

We received check-in instructions via email and I planned to pull up my email on my phone when we arrived. The rural setting of Harpers Ferry resulted in some patchy cell phone reception and we were unable to get cell reception. I suggest future guests print a card copy of the check-in instructions prior to arriving.

My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this uber quaint inn. Super clean. Convenient location. Spacious room. Very peaceful. Superb restaurant right next door. Yummy, professionally prepared breakfast to die for. Friendly staff. We are retired seniors. We stayed here in June 2026 on our way to Gettysburg, Annapolis, Mt. Vernon & DC.

A lovely and comfortable room I couldn’t get in when I arrived because no staff were present and I didn’t know the door lock code. After about 10 min, another guest came in and I could get in and leave my bag in the reception area. She also shared the code with me. So it was ok, but not very welcoming. One small issue with the room: Light floods in from the hallway above the door of the room. It needs to be better sealed or something.

This is a very nice and relaxing inn with very helpful staff

Our room was lovely. It was quite spacious, more so than I anticipated. Many times, rooms are smaller in reality than they appear in photos but this room was larger. The breakfasts were very nice. I really liked the dining room table assignments by room number as it afforded an opportunity to connect but also to remain private if desired. I like the availability of drinking water in carafes situated in different areas of the inn. The location was very good, near sites, restaurants, places to see. I cannot really think of anything.
