The property was good. The bar / restaurant had out dated menu and the service was very slow. There were problems with the meal but we just wanted the experience to end. The gym was tiny with only the most basic equipment. It was hard to breath in the pool area so we did not use it.

check in was easy, nice staff and the restaurant was good breakfast was a little sparse.

The smoking area was directly by the front door and every time I went through the doors there were groups of people there smoking so I had to walk through it.

Location wasn’t bad. Breakfast was typical. Nothing special but edible. Toilet was dirty

Room smelled like the pool. For $200 a night, was not worth it. Some grungy dude sits outside by the front door and chain smokes.

We like the location,the mattress and the bedding but not the shower and lack of cleanliness of the elevator.

Our room smelled musty, the shower head didn't allow much water to flow, and the carpet was so dirty that my feet turned brown on the bottom after walking across the room. The bed was comfortable and the a/c worked. There was a family reunion across the hall in a banquet room that was loud and obnoxious.The yelling and screaming poured out into the hallway, and some people ran up and down the hallway until 11:30 pm!! It was a nightmare!

Staff was Very Nice~ Having a Restaurant and Bar on Premises was a Plus. We were Lucky enough to be there on Tuesday Nite for some fun with Karaoke with Michelle❣️ The Bath Tub was so slippery even with a Shower Mat. Being Seniors, that could have been a problem if We didn’t catch Ourselves! Water from the Shower was on the floor… should have been a Liner. Staff was made Aware ?

The food was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was even live music in the restaurant! I was a little disappointed on arrival that we were in the third building and not the main building, as nothing indicated that would be the case when I made the booking. The room was clean and comfortable, but some of the public areas had sticky surfaces and low water pressure in the rest rooms. Not bad for the price!

the only exit doors unlocked were the front doors, so in case of a fire, travelers would be trapped in the large sprawling hotel. pool and hot tub were absolutely FULL of a family reunion group which completely eliminated our opportunity to relax on arrival. this was very frustrating and we feel we should have been notified so we knew what we were paying for. Everything!!

The room was okay to sleep in for one night. The hotel is not fancy but allows you to rest quietly. Our sink did not work. The water trickled out. So we had to wash our hands in the tub faucet. The plunger on the toilet didn’t work properly and needed to be fixed. There must be a short in the circuit on our room because the lights flickered or went out completely with items plugged in.

The staff's energy and attitude were awesome though. Not sure I would stay again if my 4-leg friend is with me. Decent location. Not really walking distance to attractions, but close enough for easy drives.

Good stay on all fronts. Hot breakfast, comfortable beds/pillows, good pool, friendly/helpful staff, and great location (close to water park, brewery, and restaurants). Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was okay but they don’t give you coffee cups with a top. The room was nice and large and it was clean. It was conveniently located near our attractions we were visiting.

Location It was outdated and dirty. Security doors were broken and our key cards didn’t work half the time.

The room was large and the linens were wonderful. The breakfast was good but the dining room was not well kept. Stains near air conditioning unit on ceiling tiles, broken blinds. Slow to refill breakfast items that ran out. Onsite restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. However the A/C was freezing and the live music way to loud in a small space.

We had a wonderful experience at the Clarion Hotel. The nicest staff in the world, along with a great restaurant. Have the crab cakes!
