Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Harrington-Dover area, DE by IHG

Everybody was great and nice to us. I felt very comfortable there and safe. A little noisy at times they are refinishing the rooms downstairs, but they were considerate. Everybody was cool.

Breakfast was ok. In room coffee was great Paid for a 2 room suite with 2 queen beds. Got a large room with 2 double beds

Left another awful hotel for this one, and was not disappointed. Very on top of cleanliness and kind day staff. Spacious rooms. Tvs aren't really functional or helpful, but it's a clean place to stay if you have events nearby.

This is outside the Dover area.

The breakfast was great. The air conditioners worked fabulous. It was a good place to put your head down and go to sleep not too hard to find a place to eat.

Breakfast was great and the staff serving it were very kind and thoughtful as well. The hotel was very quiet and the bed was so incredibly comfortable! I would absolutely recommend this location. My keycard had a few hiccups when trying to access my room, maybe check that those are working properly? But everything else was so pleasant- it didn't seem like a big deal at the time.

Room was clean and decent size, pool was open and quiet, breakfast was good especially the biscuits. Only complaints were the elevator (quite slow for only 3 floors) and a dead animal visible outside (but it was cleaned up after a day). Area isn’t great for beach visits but isn’t a terrible drive either for the money.

My room was awesome very clean well organized with the amenities the decor was amazing very relaxing room & the Breakfast buffet style was amazing great food different choices to choose from I will definitely stay there again

The minute I stepped into the hotel my experience was great. The front desk agent Sherry was very friendly and helpful. The staff were so amazing and knowledgeable. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I already booked another trip to this hotel. Everything was perfect. I have absolutely no complaints.

The hotel itself and the rooms were very clean the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was awesome for a hotel breakfast. They had a variety of options! They also had complimentary coffee, hot tea, and juice 24 hrs a day! They also had fresh baked complementary cookies individually wrapped for there guest. The popl was clean and th rooms were spacious.

Air conditioner in rm 212 is very loud.

This is a comfortable, clean hotel with friendly staff. The outdoor pool was nice. Room was clean, locaiton felt safe, everyone just seemed to be in a nice, chill mood! Breakfast staff was very sweet, though there was a bit of a language barrier when I asked for the water to be refilled on the juice machine. Would recommend!

Everyone was friendly, the place was clean and the breakfast was fantastic! Would have been nice if there was an indoor pool as well.

There was no hot water to shower.

I also made a reservation for another night but things changed & she ended up not needing me to come that day ( I work full time) In any event, I was hoping I could pick another day so I wouldn’t loose the money. I suggested tacking it onto my week long stay coming up but they would NOT accommodate my request in any way. I know for a fact that They have the availability for 1 room in sept on a Sunday.The woman I spoke with was very nice but the manager /owner would not accommodate us at all! Not very good business. I told the rest of my family/friends to pick a different hotel when they come to visit so they don’t have to deal with any issues! There are plenty to pick from in that area.
