Friendly staff, rooms were clean, convenient central location just off route 13 with options for food and gas within a few minutes

Did not eat breakfast Pictures on website very deceiving. Show picture of hot tub and pool table in pool room. There was no pool table. There was no hot tub and where you were to go swimming in the pool room was under construction. Not inviting at all. I understand the need to remodel, but that should’ve been clarified for the price we paid.

The room smelled like cat urine. The staff gave me a bottle of air freshener. The manager said there was nothing to do , he is used to the smell and he lives next to room 128. They stated nothing could be done because the roo. Was booked thru a 3rd party expedia and the hotel would normally not have the room for use. I will never go back to a this chain again. Pillows hard , outdated and cat urine smell was overbearing. Hotel stated they did not allow cats but was aware of the smell.

Staff members were all very kind and friendly When we first went to check in, we were told our jacuzzi tub didn’t work (a specific feature we booked for) then a few minutes later we were told it worked. After getting to the room it was working but the drain knob was not connected so there was only a plastic cover to turn for draining.

The lobby and common areas were equally dated and uninviting. We were told that breakfast would be available in the morning, but when we left, there was no breakfast set up, and it was clear that nothing was being prepared. We didn’t ask about it because we weren’t interested in having breakfast, but it was still strange and confusing that it had been mentioned. This property needs much more than a good cleaning—it needs a significant update. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.

Outdated and bathroom needed to be cleaned further.

The bathrooms were never clean. During every stay I had to walk downstairs to the staff and ask for cleaning supplies due to my bathroom and shower/tub never being clean. Always dirty. Stains and hair everywhere

The staff was nice The first room they put us in smelled like mild and there were brown stains on the sheets. We asked to be moved and were. But the second room was just as gross. $300 for one night bc of an event and the room were so gross

Staff at check in were fantastic. Easy to book. Breakfast was awesome. DIY waffles are always a hit!

Pleasant

Friendly staff. Walking distance to the racetrack, casino, and a bunch of restaurants. Rooms are spacious. AC works great

The shower water faucet was crusty and had open space where was not connected to wall. And toilet paper holder was loose and close to falling out.
