Place was disgusting
-
Clean room. Staff
-
Room and bathroom could have been cleaner. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not very good

Arrived at 10 pm with kids in tow. Woman at front desk was unfriendly, interrogated me about how many guests I had and how many children were staying in the room. Bathroom was disgusting, moldy, soap scum tub. Halls smelled like smoke, and many questionable guests lingered the parking lot and hallways.

Only issue we had with this hotel was flies were everywhere in the breakfast area. Also options for breakfast items were that great. Otherwise room was good to sleep and no other issues.
-
I’d rather pay $500 next time for a room in a better hotel.
-
TERRIBLE! No real coffee, long wait for 2 sausages and 2 egg rings with 8 people waiting. No bacon. One waffle maker. Just skip it and go to McDonalds.
-
Eco out early once the sun came up and I could see the filth
-
Really clean, nice location, good staff, and breakfast
-
Great hotel. We have stayed half a dozen times within the past 6 months or so. Everything has always been great. We will stay again and recommend others to stay here as well. You won’t be disappointed.

Great hotel walkable to Delaware State!
-
Pool is always nice. Room 108 has torn drapes...really a turn off. Shabby. Free breakfast was good. Eggs sausage waffles toasted bagels muffins cereal. No fresh fruit. It's a place at a bargain price point so I'm not totally disappointed. No excuse for the drapes or the owners disposition. Desk staff were great.

The condition of the room during my stay was extremely disappointing. The bathroom was noticeably unclean, with surfaces that appeared unsanitized and a lingering odor that made it uncomfortable to use. The AC vents were filled with dust and buildup, which raised concerns about air quality and overall maintenance. The towels provided were dirty, worn, and clearly not properly laundered. The bedding was also unacceptable — it was stained and had a strong smell of dog urine, making it impossible to feel comfortable or relaxed. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards, and the stay was far from comfortable.

I do not recommend this hotel

Awesome evening was able to rest comfortably and was reset for morning travels‼️💯
-
The location was great for the fairgrounds and the staff was kind The pool was dirty and my kids declined to swim in it.
-
It was convenient to the fairgrounds. The breakfast was below standard for a continental breakfast with a few dry English muffins and a Costco pack of yogurt on offer. The coffee was weak and bitter. The entire place was clean but dated. A fresh coat of paint would not be amiss nor would updating the bed coverings/linens. The train whistles late at night and early in the morning could not be helped but we’re still an annoyance that could be remedied if the hotel invested in higher quality windows of the sort used in hotels near the airport.

They need to get new comfortable pillows.
-
The mattress pad was stained the put wet sheets, blankets pillows cases and the pillows were wet. The room had a bad odor. That's the first room we were in so they moved my family's to another room the same issues. The manager and other staff went to the first room to see look at my complaint. I saw the staff members making the bed with the same sheets. It was so damp with air conditioner running. We decided to check out at 3am. I never experienced wet bedding in any hotel. Displeased.
