Always nice and clean friendly staff and safe. I like the location and the casino

No small face towels available,, only received 1 for myself and none for my husband the entire weekend.

Room was hot ac didn’t get cool at all and had a bad room odor

The manager was extremely rude. I was checking in when there was an issue with the system, so I asked why it was taking so long. Instead of explaining what was happening, she kept making dismissive facial expressions. Rather than speaking to me, she repeatedly pointed at the card reader for me to tap my credit card. She continued making those faces until I told her that she could simply speak to me—I wasn’t deaf. She then became visibly upset and threw my room key card toward me.

The only fall back I think they should have more options of shopping and restaurants in the shopping center next to the casino. Besides that it’s Excellent. Anytime am in New Orleans that will always be my hotel. Love it

The location That when you book the stay they don’t tell you there is a 100 DLL deposit per room. You can’t check in early.

They don't clean rooms everyday. The carpet in the hallway and in the rooms were dirty. They did vaccum the rugs, but walking on them was nasty. Casino was great. Staff assisted when needed above and beyond. The room was clean aside the dirty carpet. My feet were always dirty when I got into the shower. The shower floor was slippery but when asked to for a shower rug, it was provided. Overall, we enjoyed out stay.

Very cool casino, on a 3 story boat. Huge bathroom and shower, shower could have had a seat and hand hold. Awesome complimentary waters! An awesome view of casino from room. Highly recommend and inexpensive!

Clean rooms. Excellent staff. Convenient snacks. Refrigerator and coffee and safe. Double beds face the river and boat. King beds face the parking lot. No bed turn service during stay. Have to ask for fresh towels every day. I don't reuse towels at home nor abroad. It's just there policy. I am cool with getting towels when I retire to my room every night. I just needed a fan and Simone previously smoked in a non smoking room or all their gear was smoked out cause they are a chain smoker.

Didn't eat breakfast there and everything was good Wasn't able to get clean towels had to call down for towels, no pen and paper in the room by the phones, no microwave in the rooms, and no indoor pool. Also, housekeeping never cleaned our rooms when we left for the entire day. We should not have to call and ask to have our rooms cleaned, so we kept it cleaned ourselves the entire stay. I also, video our rooms so no one says we took anything or messed it up. I want my full deposit backyard.

No microwave in room

There’s six big cats the stay outside the door and more my biggest concern was that we or scared off cats and the staff said they really live there and they won’t bother us I hate cats

The way the base of the bed is made causes the mattress to sag i had to put pillows under the side of the mattress because it felt as if i was going to fall off the bed. When this old traveler is tired the thing i want the most is a comfy bed. All else was excelent.

Boomtown casino offers great rooms, but you might get a folding chair, and office chair, or an oversized (more comfortable) chair. For extended stays like ours, not having the more comfortable oversized chair is an issue. The parking lot is often dirty with trash left on the ground, and cats roam the property. The front desk staff are very night, but sometimes there is a shortage of towels, washcloths, linens, which is wholly inconvenient.

Good enough for a one night stay.
