Best Western Plus Westbank

The hotel was very good, the breakfast was good, the property is nice look. The only one thing that I would like to suggest is the restroom. It was old, the water is not run thought good.

Very good

Location is great! Clean rooms, pool and outside bar was a plus! The staff was warm and welcoming. All rooms were great for our bridal party! Everything was great!

Great breakfast, family friendly, convenient location, clean rooms, vending machines plus snack area by front desk, 24/7 coffee and latte machine, 24/7 hot and cold water dispenser, nice pool, laundry area, bar and bar food served until 20pm when pool closes. Nice seating areas for early morning coffee drinkers and smokers. All doors open into the courtyard so no parking lot problems at night. Pool and hot tub area could be upkept a little more. Need more lounge chairs/pool chairs by the actual pool. The outdoor bathrooms definitely need attention.

Wonderful stay and love the pool!!!

i loved the room , could have been a bit more spacious the cat pee smell in the lobby

guy at the front was very nice and very professional

Pool was great hot tub was great breakfast was great beautiful property

The room was nice and clean. I did enjoy the way the property was set up. I did like the pool in the middle of the motel where no riff raft from off the street could get in. The breakfast was pretty good. I only small complaint is the elevator did not work. Also I think the ice machine was broke in a couple of areas. None of this bothered me. For someone else who has trouble with stairs this might be trouble.
