Best Western Plus Westbank

It was a three (3) star experience. Maintenance man had to come twice- (1) Refrigerator wasn’t working (2) Air wasn’t flowing properly. Overall, it was family friendly.

I would recommend it

AC was not cold enough even though it was set at 68F and the light outside in front of the room was too bright with curtains closed.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was hot every morning, staff was all friendly (enjoyed watching the maintenance guy dance his way through the lot as he tidied up - made our day!), pool and hottub were fantastic, and the courtyard bar served up some delicious food! Nothing remotely negative about this experience.

Breakfast bar was good. My only complaint which is nothing major is the toilets are very low. It's time to put higher toilets in the rooms. The grounds where very nice. The staff was excellent.

I felt my toilet and my friend's toilet were too close to the floor. It hurt my knees to get up. I would have to pull myself up off the tub.

I decided to book last minute due to the tropical depression approaching and the need to accommodate clients on the south shore

This was probably overall the best hotel we have stayed at for the rate. Rooms and facilities were all very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very professional. The pool was clean and the grounds around it were very nice. There is a small bar onsite near the pool that serves drinks and a few food items. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and plentiful and there was someone constantly replacing food. We will definitely try to stay here next time we come to NO.

The pool and breakfast are exactly what you need to feel comfortable and relaxed.

Loved the courtyard pool. Very quiet. Parking was convenient. Spa was hot. The pool area was unique and felt like a park. The breakfast options were limited but ok. The air conditioner in the room kept the room very comfortable. I also loved meeting Miss Thing the hotel lobby cat!

Clean good staff

Loved our room! It was clean and comfortable! Loved how it was all inclusive! Pool was a little cloudy. Only one small complaint was the breakfast. It ended at 9 but by 8 there wasn’t much left and one of the ladies didn’t seem too happy to refill. Out of 4 mornings the pancakes were filled once. Disappointing, as they were good!

This hotel has bedbugs. Front desk was helpful.

Breakfast was good and the staff at the breakfast very nice

Room was clean but courtyard was dirty lots of smoking and cig buds on ground. Pool was dirty and breakfast was not what advertised.

Everything was very nice we really like coming here.

The room smelled like mold and I had to leave. I only spent one night there and I had to leave because I became sick due to the mold smell
