Professional and courteous staff. Facility clean as a pin. One complaint-window curtain was not solid and the parking lot lighting came through the window…very distracting at night while sleeping.

Stafford was very nice. Rooms were clean

The location was great! Very quiet and pleasant. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Will stay here again.

Nice hotel! You’ll miss it driving since it’s hidden behind several businesses. Good customer service. Ok breakfast… it’s free! Parking is limited in the front. Additional parking available in the back but not helpful when checking in. Elevators are sketchy. Have to request cleaning service on short stays. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were too soft. Also the shower doors were off the tracks.

The cleanliness, free breakfast, location to everything and most of the staff. The outdated elevators.

The staff are professional and friendly. I've had multiple nice stays at this location but will probably not be returning due to the pet policy allowing animals in the dining area while food is being served. Didn't like that animals are allowed in the dining area while breakfast was being served. I'm allergic to most dogs and all cats. The presence of a dog being handled by the owner and then the guest simply served herself after touching her dog without washing her hands caused me to not get breakfast and simply return to my room. I'm severely allergic and this was unacceptable for me. Will have to consider pet free facilities for my next stay.
