Quality Inn Harvey - New Orleans

I would not recommend this property to anyone. It was wet and water all over the place, extremely dirty,. People hanging out all day and night and all over the place and loud. The doors didn't lock securely and the place smelled bad.

The staff had been very helpful. I also enjoyed the atmosphere. The continental breakfast is a plus. My overall stay I rate 100%.

Will not stay again! Staff lied about housekeeping & do no change trash entrust nor sheets nor fresh towels. Had a spider in the room & they never came to clean it.

As soon as we arrived, the motel was very sketchy. The front desk guy was outside smoking weed with some random person in a truck full of watermelons. For reference, we arrived around 9 pm on a Thursday. Our room was very musty and the AC was completely powered off. Luckily once letting it run for a few hours, the room started to feel like it was actually air conditioned. Our bedding had stains everywhere, on the decorative cover, sheets, and bedspread. We were thankful to see complimentary shampoo, but then realized that the bottle was completely empty. The next morning there was a couple outside our room threatening to hurt one another as soon as we woke up. The “free breakfast” was almost completely gone by 8 AM when we arrived. I hope you fancy a bowl of cereal or would like to wait in line for 20 minutes to make a waffle, because there was nothing else. I am very disappointed with this stay and it soured our trip. The good news, we lived through the night!

I always enjoy my stay here. The staff very friendly. I also enjoy the morning breakfast they supply.

The hotel was nothing like it was described as. The staff was not friendly. The door to my room would stick and I had to open and close it with force. The bedding had old stains on them,the refrigerator or coffee maker didn't work, the chair has stains on it. No hot water in my room, they sent the mataince man to look at it,he did something to the hot water heater and told me to hurry up and take my shower because the heater was going out. Mind you I had booked for 3 nights and was there for a funeral. There was no breakfast (was not being restocked),the only thing that was good was the bed was comfortable. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Oh and the water pressure sucked on top of being cold.

We had to listen to all of the noise coming from next door, to include explicit adult time late into the night. Overall, if you have a family, precious belongings, value safety, or expect the bare minimum from a hotel, do not come here or at that very least know what you are getting yourself into. Staff did say we would receive a refund for the days we didn't stay which is a plus and they seemed fed up with the antics around them as they had no control or wouldn’t act on it. Just get the bnb y’all.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast in the morning is definitely appreciated. The entire staff are very friendly and professional. I’m looking forward in the future to visiting.

Cockroach in my room that were there until I checked out 4days later . Didn't see housekeeping my whole stay in always bring my own towels. I didn't fix my bed just to see if housekeeping would do it . Bed never got fixed at all. Won't be staying there anymore & furniture is old& out dated totally needs new renovations.

Area was nice The sheets were dirty/stained. It was hot in the room. I have stayed there about 1 year ago and it was exceptionally great now not so much.
