The pool was also not open during our stay. The "free buffet breakfast" was more of a continental breakfast, and about three-quarters of the way through the breakfast hours, many of the items were gone, leaving little or nothing for other guests. I even saw a homeless man walking away with waffles one morning. Unfortunately, the man in charge of the breakfast area and general guest assistance was not very helpful. At one point, I found a lost child and brought him to the staff member, who simply shrugged it off. I ended up sitting with the child in the breakfast room until his parents came looking for him. Overall, while the room itself was good, the lack of basic amenities, the unavailable pool, the breakfast situation, and the poor response from staff made our stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

It was just okay. I understand it was under water during Katrina

The rooms had stains on chair and bedding. The bathroom was rusty and looked old. The hotel is gated. The room to eat in was dirty with utensils on the floor, waffle mix in used cups all over counter, no coffee, no syrup, only 2% milk. Over all not a good experience I will not stay there again especially for $80 a night

If you had to pay a $50 deposit you may not get it back, man at front desk acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about when he’s the one that made me pay the deposit then he got an attitude

Mi esposo fue a la recepción a que nos cambiaran de cuarto , por qué no teníamos ni 25 minutos hay , pero no quisieron . En ves de cambiarnos de cuartos le dieron una escoba a mi esposo para que el limpiara, no sé si todos los cuartos están así como el que nos dieron pero fue una escoba experiencia muy desagradable. Nos tuvimos que ir de ahí.

First for it to be a non-smoking room it reaked of smoke that gives u major headaches and then beds moves constantly and pray u don't hit the metal when getting out of the bed and hurt your legs. The coffee machine did not work in the room. The breakfast area was nice but they did not come and put more food out after it ran out which was pretty much of everything. Other than that it's a place to sleep.

Nothing Checking in was horrible the check had a very nasty attitude. Room needs to be updated tub was old and rusted a lot of stuff can be upgraded and the food thy could of kept that no meat and eggs just sad

I would not recommend this property to anyone. It was wet and water all over the place, extremely dirty,. People hanging out all day and night and all over the place and loud. The doors didn't lock securely and the place smelled bad.

The staff had been very helpful. I also enjoyed the atmosphere. The continental breakfast is a plus. My overall stay I rate 100%.

Will not stay again! Staff lied about housekeeping & do no change trash entrust nor sheets nor fresh towels. Had a spider in the room & they never came to clean it.

As soon as we arrived, the motel was very sketchy. The front desk guy was outside smoking weed with some random person in a truck full of watermelons. For reference, we arrived around 9 pm on a Thursday. Our room was very musty and the AC was completely powered off. Luckily once letting it run for a few hours, the room started to feel like it was actually air conditioned. Our bedding had stains everywhere, on the decorative cover, sheets, and bedspread. We were thankful to see complimentary shampoo, but then realized that the bottle was completely empty. The next morning there was a couple outside our room threatening to hurt one another as soon as we woke up. The “free breakfast” was almost completely gone by 8 AM when we arrived. I hope you fancy a bowl of cereal or would like to wait in line for 20 minutes to make a waffle, because there was nothing else. I am very disappointed with this stay and it soured our trip. The good news, we lived through the night!

I really think the property was pretty decent. It got a lot better than it was from last time. It looks really nice and the people that I spoke to was very well. Behave.

I always enjoy my stay here. The staff very friendly. I also enjoy the morning breakfast they supply.

The price was reasonable There was no hot water had trouble with remote. Limited amount of towels .Short pool hours

The hotel was nothing like it was described as. The staff was not friendly. The door to my room would stick and I had to open and close it with force. The bedding had old stains on them,the refrigerator or coffee maker didn't work, the chair has stains on it. No hot water in my room, they sent the mataince man to look at it,he did something to the hot water heater and told me to hurry up and take my shower because the heater was going out. Mind you I had booked for 3 nights and was there for a funeral. There was no breakfast (was not being restocked),the only thing that was good was the bed was comfortable. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Oh and the water pressure sucked on top of being cold.
