It was less than 40 minutes from my job being I live 2 hrs away The staff , the owner they rude and don't respect people your treated as if you need them because this location is privately owned makes choice hotel look bad an they steal have roaches and rat feces hidden where they haven't cleaned dust thick on top the fridge broken and rotten faucet etc

Everything was dirty;The walls, doors, floor, microwave, ac unit, towels. TV didn't work

The bedding and towels were changed but the rest of the room wasn't cleaned before our stay at all!

This was BY FAR THE WORST place I’ve EVER stayed. I booked it because it had pretty decent reviews but I wish I hadn’t. It is so nasty and dirty. The floor was covered in trash and dirt. The appliances were not cleaned. The toilet was nasty. The beds had tons of stains on sheets, pillows, and bedding. There was bugs on the floor. The sink pipes were leaking all the water out onto the floor. When I checked in staff said there was no King rooms cleaned which is what I booked, so they gave us a double but none of the rooms were cleaned so what’s the point! I will never book this place again please be aware and do NOT book!

The bath tub has rust in it. The tv didn’t work until my mate took 30mins to figure out what was wrong. The door doesn’t shut completely like it bent and there a big crack at the bottom of the door. The coffee pot had roaches in it. The room door and rusty bathtub.

Location is great!!! Staff very friendly and the room was very clean... Some guests were noisy after 10pm...

I like how they have a little area for you to be able to cook. The staff was rude when I asked for towels. There was a short mexican lady that worked I assume house keeping . But I asked her for towels she came back with 2 face towels and threw them on the counter at me instead of handing them to me like respectful person.

there wasn't any breakfast it was not very clean in the bathroom the office was not a 24-hour office the TV did not work in one room the microwave did not work in the other room I booked two rooms

We booked two queen beds with a roll in handicap shower when we got there my daughter’s wheelchair would not even fit in the room hardly and the facilities were extremely rundown. The pool was really gross and they were really strict about not letting anybody swim after 6 PM. We stayed there almost a week and I asked the front desk every day if someone would sweep our room and they never once slept in anytime I asked for trash bags or towels I was meant with extreme rudeness the people who own the hotel were kind, but the lady who ran the front desk was hateful. Definitely will not stay here again.

Stayed 4 days they didn’t change the bed sheet. Cacroches all over the room and bed cover with stains. The old lady front counter mean as hell
