Suburban Studios Harvey - New Orleans

This place was disgusting I would not recommend anyone to stay there. We could not even shower there. Paid for three nights left the first night.

The first room smelled like mildew and felt damp. The unpleasant older male technician told me that was pretty much normal, and I was expecting to much. Needless to say, I'm waiting for a refund because I could not subject myself to that type of enviornment. I felt as if I would've had my first experience with bedbugs, and I couldn't chance it. The only semi-positive feedback I have is; the front desk clerk Ms. Lauren (I believe that was her name) was annoyed possibly by the guest before me or the lock outs she was coordinating, but she stayed professional and courteous while working with me. I believe she understood that enviornment was not conducive for me. They definitely should stress what type of MOTEL they are. It was a major waste of my time.

For the price of the room it was ok. Bath water was not hot enough. Second time that has happened.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful. The property was clean and safe

We had a great stay here.

One and done. Not coming back here again.

It was a nice and pleasant stay. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool, and the location is excellent for tourist.

My experience here from the start was terrible i entered the establishment and did not get greeted once i spoke and felt iffy about it but I decided to stay and give me a chance then once I checked into my room it wasn’t up to my liking there was a dead roach on the floor and a live roach crawling on the bed once it almost crawled onto my sister we immediately left and walked to the front desk to aware them and the lady in the front was no help and once I asked either for a refund or a new room she was acting confused until another worker came and stepped in and offered helped and invited the lady to communicate with us and asked which room we were assigned then he checked for a new room which in this moment I wasn’t too sure about staying due to the situation and my previous experience at a different establishment after I finally got a different room and it was clean and we stayed once we checked out today June 14th @ 11AM the same lady wasn’t helpful and was giving attitude once I asked how long until I get my deposit back and she said 3-14 business days then as I was sitting there she asked wait you gave me a deposit for your room at the moment I was confused especially because I paid the deposit and full price for my stay

Clean room. Dark neighborhood. Breakfast was not good. No egg no hot food other than one waffle station.

Completely remodeled free breakfast is great security gates nice employees No complaints

I guess you'd get what you pay for he added group of guys sitting outside at a table, playing domino's smoking and drinking til late

I didn’t think the pictures were were the same as the building we entered. Also the pool was closed and it was supposed to open at 8:00 the next morning. It was not open till we were checking out.

We were comfortable for the duration of our stay

Inside was clean Outside need lawn near pool area needed better care,outside walls needed painting,it had a smell in the passenge way,needed new tub there was a strain in there,need better tvs as well,sound wasn't good on mines

It was close to a variety of food places and a(NeworleansOriginal Daiquiris)long as you have a car bc that area doesn’t have a lot of bus lines they aren’t hard to catch but take much longer in Jefferson parish to arrive, I would suggest uber,but I’m from here so I can maneuver pretty easily,pool was a nice touch didn’t have a chance to get in this time! Cable was ok but I prefer streaming apps, water wasn’t hot enough just luke warm,tub had hair on side rail,found a lil bug on counter top
