Red Roof Inn New Orleans - Westbank

The only good thing about the stay was the AC. The room had an old smell. The sheets and pillows were trash. The pool was closed. Just disappointed

Everything was pretty dirty, there was blood on the floor and walls. I was disgusted. The staff was very friendly, so I appreciate that.

The air wasn't cold til night time, the toilet has issue has to use a plunger to go down after so many flushes. The I called up front for an iron. They didn't have a iron on had aleast one for float around. The wifi was very weak had to step outside to complete some work on pad.

It was dirty. The floors were sticky in the room.

Rooms where dirty, there was not hot water and no ac i had tonuse a little blanket I had on my car because the sheets were dirty and they didn't want to give me a refund

Disgusting had bugs, no lock on the door, huge gap around the door to clearly see outside, ceiling was coming down, and smelled strongly of urine in the hallway. Hotel staff were very rude and not helpful. Completely disgusting. Also there was another resident tearing apart a mower all night in the parking lot.

The whole place felt dirty

On top of that, the toilet wouldn't flush in the evening. We called the front desk and were hung up on twice. When the person finally stayed on the line, they said maintenance wouldn't be there until 9am and offered no solution. I told them that we needed a working toilet and was informed that they would call us back. I waited 20 minutes before I called the front desk AGAIN. The line rang but the front desk didn't answer. We called several more times before we trudged down to the front desk to figure out why the phone wasn't being answered. The front desk person was outside talking on their cell phone. We let them know that we were from the room that didn't have a working toilet and finally they said that they would come down with the plunger. It took them 10 minutes to walk all of 50 meters to the room. They then proceeded to splash toilet water everywhere in the bathroom and around it, which meant that some of our items were hit with the toilet water. The best part? Right after the guy left, THE TOILET STOPPED WORKING AGAIN. We had to get help again in the morning. This is a terrible hotel.

It was better than I was expecting -but not by much-a little skeechy area-no amenities -but it was fairly clean and I didn't die.....?

They had roaches the hotel didn’t look like the pictures

I DID NOT STAY MORE THAN 5 MIN. I GOT A FULL REFUND.

Absolutely horrible. Dirty towels and comforter. The bed had a dip in it. The door was jammed. Meaning, couldn’t get in the room even with the key showing green. Needless to say, I left and went somewhere else much better.
