Kick us out for 4-5 hrs for pest control

They only wanted to check us in for 1 night and check out Sunday the next day and recheck in on Monday. That wasn't possible so we didn't stay there and had to hunt another hotel.

NOTHING. I DID NOT STAY BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE RESERVATION. HOTEL SCAMS PEOPLE BY TELLING YOU BOOKING.COM CANCELLED YOUR RESERVATION WHICH WAS AT A LOWER RATE, THEN TELLS YOU TO BOOK DIRECTLY THROUGH THEM FOR QUADRUPLE THE AMOUNT.

They will still charge you a no show fee even if it is over booked and they failed to relate that with Expedia or the website the front desk agent is the one who told me she was cancelling because it was over booked. Right after we hung up she charged my card.

Comfortable, great location,Kool staff, would book again if it's ever cheaper! That I didn't get my deposit back and they don't warn you about check out pior!

Booking took money of 7 rooms from me and the hotel only gave me 4 rooms. Booking is doing such a bad job as well not checking with the hotel and caused me so many problems. Very bad attitude. Smell weed all the time. Cockroaches.

Staff was rude. We booked with booking.com when arrived they said they didn’t have our reservation and although we had called the day before to verify we were still charged the deposit fee.
