The property was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful the whole team from day tonight I would recommend all my family and friends to come to this particular property. Property was also clean parking didn’t have any problems with parking.

Room had a sour smell and noticed the sheets and blanket on the bed had a sour smell, like they were left on the washing machine too long then placed in the dryer. They brought just sheets we had to change them ourselves and they didn’t even remove the sour sheets from our room. Not a pleasant stay this time will be finding another place to stay when I return.

Everything was great except the staff. They weren't terrible but checking in and checking out, we had to wait for staff to finish conversations with other workers before even acknowledging us. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay

One complaint. I specifically searched for a hotel with kitchenette and a pool. I wasn't looking to do laps, but wanted to continue my rehab from recent joint replacement surgery, and was REALLY disappointed when we arrived and found the pool was under construction. I may not have made a reservation if it was listed as not usable. I was very upset, it might be a small thing, but I specifically searched a hotel with those specific amenities.

The property was well maintained and clean. Clean bathroom and good size rooms.

we checked in late, no water pressure, no towels. had to get up early the next morning for a volleyball tourney. The lights went out the morning; it was pouring raining. i couldn't dry my hair... i couldn't see in the room at all.. raining outside. we had to leave for 7am... i don't even know if i got everything out of my room... wiht the lights being out. I have stayed here allot.. this was the worst experience ive ever had here.

I LOVED the size of the suite, location of property, breakfast options, and cleanliness of the room itself. The pool was defunct. It was clear it has not been used or cleaned in well over a year. I am contacting Hilton/Home2 suites directly. It was SO unclean and unkept (leading to my low rating for hotel cleanliness. My kids were SO disappointed!

We are faithful customers love to stay at these hotels I like the kitchenette especially with two toddlers makes things convenient Some of the staff was very rude. Threatened to call the cops on us because our 2 year olds were laughing not playing it was just so inappropriate in her approach Tameka needs to work on her customer service

Awesome place to stay! Try enjoyable and close to the city.

My stay was okay, but the beds that I wanted was not okay.There was full sized bed, not queen size bed. Queen size bed was supposed to be coming with what I had on reservation.
