Comfort Suites Harvey - New Orleans West

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There were roaches all over the hotel, mold in the bathroom, carpet was wet, no electricity throughout the room, except for the bathroom

I didn’t not like the way this hotel does business! I went online to book this room and they gave me a 3rd floor room with no working elevators! I asked for a refund because not only were the elevators working but the rooms there had mold

The elevator is not working and our room is in 4th floor.so it’s very inconvenient for us.i had to get the hair blow dry to the front desk

Room's furniture was old and broken... Room smelled rusty... The carpet smells bad...

The hotel was horrible . Water damage everywhere . The smell was FOUL, the AC was broken and it was very very humid inside the building . Water stains all over the carpet, paint peeling from water damage . Inside the rooms red stains all on the carpet, dirty tubs . Oil stains on the headboard it’s ridiculous! They refused my refund because I booked through Expedia even though I paid extra for insurance . I had to book another hotel the same day and spend MORE money. It upsets me so much . This hotel should be taken off of Expedia !

The property was clean, our door didn’t lock so we had to change out rooms. The mattresses need to be replaced and the rooms can use a little updating but overall it was a good stay. I think the staff said they are about to start a renovation so that would definitely make it a great stay

Great stay, nice staff it was definitely worth it I enjoyed my relaxing time

Some staff are helpful, others showed little concern. Security locks broken, trim missing in room missing bugs in room mildew and bathroom window seals molded. Too many things really to mention. I wouldn't think a hotel relatively as new as this one is would be that much worse than the Holiday inn right next door..

Location Lights did not work. Sofa bed dingy. Tv kept turning on and off automatically.

Area Key card didn’t work, bed was hard

Staff was amazing My door didn’t lock/unlock properly

Flying termites in the room and crawling out the wall

This hotel is full of water bugs and roaches! As you walk in you can smell the mildew and the smell of the bugs! The elevator is horrible it works when ready. The staff didn’t have clean towels. Lizards was in our room look like old blood in the carpet and curtain in the room the mattress cover was stained badly and the comforter for the bed was torn so bad and they still had it on the bed. The ac in the room had a mildew smell the room had an odor. I do not recommend this place at all 0/10 I will not be staying here again.

Very little amenities. Linen towels and just overall furniture needs attention. Had trouble in check in about rooms available. Then received one that had no been cleaned smelled like urine and cigarettes. Honestly would never stay here again.

The hotel is nice , room was excellent, they need to improve. A few things, like no hangers in the closet. And breakfast only waffles,, cereals , and apple juice . Is a good idea to improve the breakfast.

Q. Had to wait for the desk person to finish her personal call to check in. No apologies just I need a card for your essentials. When stated they have on on file….no we don’t was stated back to me. 2. Door would not unlock….was told the battery has died and they would have to o-en it each time we went in and out by using a handheld device for the front desk. They said they had to wait till maintaince came to work. 3. Carpet wet infront of the bathroom with a damp and wet floor in the room. Stated it was the humidity. 4. Second desk person had an attitude when asked to open our door after dinner. 5. Bathroom door would not close but door was warped out of straightness. 6. Got up to what I thought was going to be breakfast but they only had cold cereal…no milk..waffles … no syrup…juice that was hot…no ice.
