Towels in the room were already dirty as if they'd never been washed. Smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana in the hallway. Horrible smell in the hallway.

The only reason we stayed there was it was the closest motel to an event we were going to. The place was dirty smelly and parking lot was full of people smoking dope which is legal in this state but a little discretion wouldn't hurt its image. The room we had was surprisingly large and somewhat up to date with hot tub and kitchenette the bed was way to uncomfortable. As far as staying there again probably wouldn't

Convient location Lied about amenities. No spa jacuzzi in motel. Only available in unavailable non rentable room. Reserved a king got two double beds that were like box springs. Continental breakfast only coffee and pre wrapped honey buns and donuts, no cereal or toast. No coffee in room as listed. Had to take towels to desk for fresh ones Daily (5night stay) and take trash out no room service at all

The staff never cleaned my room and the hotel is not well maintained.

Coffee was great. All the food choices had Too much sugar and I couldn’t eat them, Carpet wasn’t even vacuumed and needs to be replaced throughout!

The room bathroom tub was disgusting and the tile on bathroom wall surrounding the bathroom tub. Held my $60.00 damaged deposit so long. When I called the property and ask for an explanation I was just told sorry. My bank told me it almost looks fraudulent that they got multiple complaints from customers about this motel. Based on other reviews, I knew the hotel would be mid-grade at best, and it was. The carpets are stained, the hallway smelled like chlorine --perhaps due to the laundry. I was disappointed in the condition of the bathroom --mirror was not cleaned, wall behind the door was quite dirty with marks from liquid running down, under the sink may have been water stained or dirty -- not sure which, and the tub also had stains. The bed mattresses were both newer, but so firm it hurt to sleep on my side. We also found the clock on the floor which just points to a rushed cleaning of the room. The property needs attention, especially outdoors. We visited the continental breakfast at 8am to find 3 honey buns pkgs and 1 donut pkg which was very underwhelming.
