The restaurant is delicious and the river path is super close and convenient, as is the downtown area of Hastings. All made for a really great stay.

Room was nice but very cold. Thermostat was locked so you couldn’t adjust. Room was also very dark. Room 135. Only three small lamps to light it on a rainy day.

The building is wonderful It was our anniversary and they downgraded us rooms, on top of that we were put next to the main lobby, so it seemed to be the loudest room ever. There was a wedding there as well, so we did not get any sleep at all. A lot of loud bangs and heels walking across the floor noises. Dogs barking in other rooms and people running up and down hallways and slamming doors all night.

There are do many wonderful things I could share but an observation we( my hubby and I) really appreciated is how sound proof the hotel was. Solid structure provided a peaceful stay where you could not hear the movement of the other guests from in your room, in the main hallway. There was a wedding starting ,just a bit down from my south wing suite, to gather and prepare that we could not hear until we left our room. Amazing!

The room was gorgeous - we stayed in a suite with river views and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in forever.

When we checked in, we mentioned that it was our anniversary. When we came back from our great dinner at Missi's, there was a congratulations card in our room from the staff. That was very thoughtful and appreciated. This was the perfect place to celebrate. Thank you

Beautiful room, very clean, excellent restaurant beautiful views of the Mississippi River. Also great patio/backyard area with fire tables. Very relaxing. Would definitely go back!
