Staff bent over backwards to make things smooth. Everyone great, polite and attentive, beyond expectations. n/a

Walls were very thin though. We could hear people talking and walking from the room above
-
Excellent hotel, very comfortable beds.

Great beautiful property right on the waterfront. Weekend live entertainment with a backayrd party vibe. Gluten Friendly options available at nearby (walking distance) eateries.

The staff for the hotel itself was wonderful and accommodating. The restaurant management and staff and the food for breakfast and dinner was great. Shout out to Toby on the night desk who was helpful with an item we needed help with - feel so comfortable with being there. Staff seems to enjoy being there, working there. Thank you.

Great views, friendly staff, clean facilities. Loved the restaurant and everything about our stay! Can’t think of a single thing we didn’t like.

Nice place with interesting history and architecture. And the staff was nice. My biggest problem was that our bedroom had no window. The adjoining living area did, but I can tend to be claustrophobic so was very uncomfortable with a wall with no windows bedside me. We never knew what the weather was when we woke up and no sunlight came in. I don't think they should have put us, or anyone, in that room without warning them first!!

Nice layout and quiet. Easy to eat at nearby restaurants. Beautiful sunset views behind hotel along riverfront walkway.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The hotel is quite elegant and has an old world feel about it. Breakfast was delicious. I would have liked to have a kettle in the room or at least have one available, as I like hot tea. But that is really my only gripe.

Room exceptionally clean. Great food and drinks. Atmosphere of bar indeed relaxed and inviting and though it was 100 degrees out they still offered their outside music entertainment

Room was so small with nothing to use. We went for our 30th wedding anniversary. No table surface to sit at or play games. One chair. You had to eat on your bed and we literally had to use the ironing board to try to play board games. Our toilet paper and kleenex were almost gone upon arrival. We asked for more and never got any. We had to go grab a pile from the community bathroom down the hall throughout our stay. The microwave and fridge were INSIDE the dresser!!!??? So no place to keep your clothes. The ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to 1st floor anytime we wanted ice. You also are supposed to be able to cast your streaming to the TV so we tried for two days yo get our netflix up and it keep saying our tv was in a different numbered hotel room? Call front desk about it twice, again no resolve. We also tried to dine twice at the in house restaurant. Both times we were told they were severely undersraffed w waiters and could not seat us . Terrible experience all around.

Great little stay. Room was very comfortable.
-
Room definitely was NOT river view, I paid for river view. Was more like …a lost soul swimming in a fish bowl.
-
Stayed one night. Had arrived by boat and walked 1 mile from marina. Had awesome live band and great food.
-
Beautiful view from the patio. Friendly, courteous staff in all positions. Spacious room with very comfortable bed and furnishings.
-
Everything was great except for the lack of lighting in the room and the shower head I couldn’t reach to adjust.
-
Beautiful spacious rooms newly remodeled. Unique modern design . Restaurant in the hotel was excellent. Had brunch and dinner. Extremely friendly hotel staff. Location is gorgeous with outdoor bridge and water views.

A beautiful property, great food and beverage options, gorgeous views, quaint setting. I traveled to Hasting specifically to stay here and I’ll definitely be back again!
