The front desk staff and room service people were so good to me and treated me with so much kindness!

Nothing The place had mold & roaches

Your staff were very polite and professional. Building/rooms(had to transfer to another room) are in disrepair. WiFi didn’t work in 105 at all. Also electrical outlets were loose and upside down. Bathroom was not working properly(holes in shower walls). Electric plug was upside down and loose. Night stand plug was loose. Only two towels. Walls had damaged spots/holes and needed repairs. The oder of mold was heavy in the hallway. In room 115, WiFi was working. Toilet paper holder was breaker and roll was left on counter when checked in. A/C in 115 didn’t work properly. Had to take oscillating fan from 105 into 115. No side chair in 115. Morning breakfast didn’t have anything but fruit, OJ juice, coffee and chocolate milk. Pool had no visible water in it. Owners/management needs to put some extra effort and $$ into the upkeep of their investment.

Front desk reception/staff were amazing. Very helpful and kind. Just needs a little TLC/updates. All in all had a nice stay.

It was clean The bathroom needs remodeling. Very old fixtures and no mirror in the bathroom.

For $75 It wasn't terrible. No breakfast available. No vending machines either. There were coffee machines in the lobby but did not look they were being used so I didn't even go to check them out. No cups noticed, if the coffee machines were being used. Very odd dynamic having a desk clerk and then someone on a computer monitor(big screen TV) you spoke with to take care of the reservation. Hotel is old and in dire need of major repairs. No mention of this being tied into a Days Inn anywhere except on the sign out front, Booking.com site just states Havelock Hotel. Popcorn ceiling falling in several areas. Bathroom needs overhaul. We were put in a handicap room for some unknown reason. Mattress needs replacement due to being worn out, you rolled to the middle of the bed while trying to sleep (king size bed mind you).

The bed was comfortable and the AC worked. Looks like it is undergoing some needed maintenance. Hot water did not work in the bathroom sink. Room lacked a chair, TV was nice but hard to work. Meet at the front desk by a Virtual desk clerk. Vending machines were empty. No ice available. Shower needed work.

Due to a change in travel plans, I had to delete a day from my booking. The process was stress-free, and the staff were very accommodating. I especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome tray! The location is quiet yet convenient, and the room was impressively spacious. Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

I just pulled a commerce back which are the colors that protects the bed that has mold on it but light mode. And the window behind the curtain on the wall and all top half black mold I'm glad tomorrow is my last day. Hadn't been moved once in this room is no better. I'm going to take pictures of it
