Didn't do breakfast, location was decent for a one night stay The bed in 112 was broken,the tub had black mold around the faucets, We walked in the was at 62. We'll in the morning we found why . We raised the temperature to 72. We woke uo the floors were wet and sticky The hallway had two fans in them still smell the dambness and mold. The hotel needs to be remodeled. It's showing it's age.

I booked two rooms. One of our room was really dirty. There was a half eaten can of refried beans in the refrigerator. Bottled water that had been drank out of. Both bathrooms had used bars of soap in them. And last but not least one of my rooms didn’t have a smoke detector and it had a hole in the ceiling with wires hanging down. And it smelled like cigarettes. I brought this to the attention of the front counter lady, and she said that she would look into it. Then the following day which was day two we found out the pool is closed till further notice. And then I brought up the issues we are having with our room. the managers solution was to check us out and give us a full refund because I had an issue with our room, not having a smoke detector with kids in our room.The managers comment about the smoke detector was“ there was no fire risk”. And I said there is not one till there is one. But At that point we had no place to go 12 hrs from home with two kids under 9. So we had to keep the rooms. I am a step mom and an aunt first. And I don’t like when I am pushed into a corner. Safety first! Other guests has same issues.

No elevator. Ran out of breakfast then made some and it was cold. No waffles that were nit free. No water filler ..dirty and not cleaned. Complained and did not receive compensation

I didn't get a chance to stay at the hotel. Because I got a email 3 hours before being at the hotel. Saying my room was cancelled. Try calling them 12 times and no answer. So not a good place to do business with. I'm glad I haven't left.
