Breakfast fare was fine, standard complementary breakfast. Parking was well lit and safe

Windows that open (at least 8-10" anyway) with a screen, large room, very clean throughout our room and the hotel. Comfy beds, good water pressure and drains, pretty good breakfast and reasonably quiet even though next to a highway and train track (which was down a steep embankment which muffles the sound). Only negative is the water which is very "greasy" (i.e. way too "soft" so can never completely rinse off soap). Not sure if this is due to Havre's public supply or the hotel's own water softening system. If the latter please reduce your salt usage like 80%. Thanks.

I love that this hotel had a spa and pool area! Both of the times my kids and I stayed here they went swimming and enjoyed the pool, spa and water slide until close which was at 11pm! We checked in late the first time, and at a relatively decent time the 2nd time, each time it was a quiet but quick prosses. The staff was nice and accommodating! I also enjoyed the fact that they had a drink vending machine, it cost less than $6 for 3 drinks and they were nice and cold! Nothing! Everything was good for us!

I was checked in promptly at 3:00 by 2 very friendly and helpful ladies at the front desk. The room was very clean and spacious, and I was able to make the room exactly the temperature I wanted, and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave, along with excellent toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, with tons of options including frittatas, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt, breads, and a selection of juices. I will definitely be staying here again on future trips.

Everything was great except one important thing. The hotel is right near the railroad tracks so in the night, several times the train blew its horns and awakened me each time. So I would never stay there again because of this.
