The property needs some tlc

Housekeepers must tell managers about leaking bathtub faucet. It's obvious and needs to be fixed.

The hotel staff was so very pleasant and answered my every question. The swimming pool was a huge blessing for my grandson ☺️

The beds were comfortable? The room was clean. The only drawback was the Hot Tub and juice dispenser for breakfast were out of order. We will be staying at this hotel again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Front room where you come in to the desk and such is very muggy due to the pool so it’s not the most comfortable place to eat breakfast and the breakfast was so so the only problem with the rooms was that the plug-ins are getting worn out and don’t hold the plugs and the one behind the bed has no cover on it which I believe might be a fire issue or safety issue I should say may wanna look into that thank you, Kevin

Front desk staff nice and check in was good. Walked into the hallway of our room to the strong smell of Chinese food. Room smelled stale but seemed clean. I would suggest a grab bar in the shower and a high rise toilet. Breakfast was good.

Older building. Towels clean but worn. Arm chair had stained seat. Was downsized from bed size booked online and they did not have any other rooms to offer instead. Good breakfast. Staff friendly. Noisy being next to train tracks.
