Was Nice and clean service was good Didn’t like the fact they charge for parking Didn’t like the shower water was all over while showering

The only thing I'm hoping for is that the rooms had more full size towels....and breakfast lasted to 10:00am

For starters to charge people $30 to check in early is ridiculous. It was around 2:45pm when I called to ask if I could check in and was told it would be $30. Upon checking in I was told it would be $15 a night for parking. Why should a paying guest pay for parking? Later on in the night while walking through the lobby to my room the young lady was on her phone and we (my son and I) didn’t get any greeting or acknowledgement or anything. When I got to my room the remote to the tv didn’t work so I called the front desk to get a replacement and that same young lady asks me the guest to come and get it!!! How I know it was the same young lady from the lobby is because I made her bring the remote up. How dare she even fix her mouth to ask the guest to come and get anything is insane. The ceilings are paper thin so I could hear when people were walk above me. I’ve stayed in many hotels and this is the first time I’ve heard people walking above me. Breakfast was decent and check out was easy. Would I stay here again? No! Will I recommend anyone? No! To nickel and dime me and have lazy staff is crazy.

Clean and comfortable

Cleanliness of the room. pay $3 the small bottle of water and $15 the parking space/night is unbelievable. Air conditioning very noisy.

Didn’t appreciate having to pay for self parking when there was no where else to park and didn’t appreciate the early check in fee when the hotel wasn’t even at occupancy. But it was comfortable and clean.

Honestly one of the cleanest in the area love it

The place was nice because it’s brand new and the area is decent but it’s definitely not nice and decent enough for a $260 plus a night hotel. Sometimes randomly you can find discounted rates on Mondays and Tuesdays for less than that but I felt it was too pricey for the location and the tiny gym facility and also very limited breakfast options. Also, I don’t wanna forget to mention horrible water, pressure, lol. I did like the Low noise for the rooms and floors and they do have an amazing oatmeal bar.😇 four stars, but not five.

They were having all sorts of issue with internment, tv, their computers, and air conditioning. The two ladies on front counter were friends but arguing in front of me. I cancelled and went somewhere else.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast hit the spot. The gym was a nice amenity as well.

Clean, newer hotel. Nice free breakfast. Higher price. Friendly staff. They shouldn't charge for parking.

We had medication and some food in the room and woke up with ants everywhere. we notified the front desk.

Overall this place was very nice! There were some ants in my shower but not a big deal. Pillows were so comfy A++ in my book! I just dont get the parking fee..
