Hotel is near a great variety of restaurants and fast food chains

Hotel was modern & clean. Lobby was great. Free breakfast, just what you need to get going in the morning. Bed, super comfy. Just an all around good experience (and I am a bit particular about all of these things). I would definitely stay here again!!

It was an excellent experience. The hotel was very clean and reasonably priced. The room included a microwave, mini fridge, and TV. Breakfast was included, and they also offered complimentary coffee 24 hours a day. Without a doubt, I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean, A/C is top tier & the staff is very lovely. Every morning the breakfast is hot and ready and I truly loved that! There’s was such a variety of items to choose from and a great way to start the day. I believe my highlight was the coffee machine, it’s so efficient and freshly grounds the coffee beans! Not to mention it’s actually delicious coffee. My son did enjoy the pool area but I believe that maybe it needed to be deep cleaned for a more appealing view Otherwise I absolutely will be returning.

I asked them to refresh the room and refill the towels. The cleaning lady asked me to ask the front desk. So I did but it did happen. Breakfast was bland. Pancake machine made the smallest pancakes.

No jacuzzi was a disappointment after a long drive there, but staff explained that express Holiday Inn’s don’t have to have one. Check out was easy!

Air conditioning was excellent, and the thermostat was very easy to use. A/C was ice cold!

The breakfast was fantastic!

My room was not cleaned - the bed was remade with the same dirty sheets, the bathroom was not cleaned as evidenced by sand left in the shower pan and on the glass door. the pool was dirty and unusable. The room walls were so thin that you could hear every one’s conversations in their rooms and in the halls. The mini fridge made a terrible high-pitched whining sound and kept us awake off and on. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.

Very clean property in a quiet area. Rooms and overall facility were modern and updated. Although I was not staying for this purpose, the property is close to theme parks and other attractions. There were numerous dining options nearby.

Don’t charge for parking!!! Biggest reason why I won’t stay there again. Should be included in my stay!!
