Stay was great but there was a couple of things that could have been better. The girl at the front desk at night was rude and rushed through the check in. Also, there was absolutely no parking overnight when getting there around 11pm and we had to park on the street.

They gave my room away after I called and told them I would be checking in late. I went to check in and they said they gave my room away because the person had the same last name. They ended up calling the person at 11:30pm to try to get them out of the room so I could get in. This was completely wild to me.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The bed was comfy and breakfast was great with plenty of seating. There are lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance from the hotel. I did have a little issue with the WiFi on the last day but they went out of their way to help correct the situation. Will definitely stay there again.

Front desk Staff was not welcoming, pool looked dirty, staff overall looked unhappy to be there. Art work is needed to make the hotel come to life.

The room, the property overall was exceptionally and clean. The staff worked hard to maintain the main lobby, bathrooms, fitness center, and breakfast area. The carpet in our room did not get our feet black just because we stepped on it, like some hotels do. The beds were a little squishy, but the bedding was so clean.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. However, parking was limited at night, making it difficult to find a space. The breakfast selection was also somewhat limited and could be improved with more variety.
