It was a good stay for the length of time we were there. I would stay again if I came back to the area. The hotel was very clean and well cared for. HOWEVER, be very mindful that there is a daily charge for parking of $22 plus an extra $2 charge for using a Visa card. Also upon arrival they charge a $150 refundable cleaning fee. Those two extra fees are not in the description on Expedia. We found out these extra charges once get got to the hotel and was checking in.

Las sábanas estaban sucias cuando llegue y tardaron en cambiarlas. La mayoría de quienes laboran ahi son gente muy servicial y amable. Me encantó que el último día Eduviges, la cleaning lady de mi habitación, de casi todos los días, me dejo una bolsita con chocolate, cacahuates, aguas para mi viaje de regreso deseándome buen viaje. La opción que Dejan la posibilidad de que se les de un agradecimiento me parece maravillosa! Eduviges la super ganó! Ojalá las jovencitas que no fueron muy serviciales se den cuenta que eso hace que no se les deje propina à ellas.

I had mixed experience. One floor was not as good as the other one. The room given to us had some smell. When we complained they gave us different room. Food was okay but not great. Housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly.

This hotel cancelled us an hour before our stay. Avoid.

My husband and daughter stayed here for my daughter's softball tournament. I paid in full up front the day I made the reservations online. When they arrived in California and checked in, my husband was told they will hold $271 on our card as a deposit and release it after upon checkout. They never released it. They ended up charging my card 3-days after checkout. I've been trying to reach them for 1-week now. The phone gets answered and I'm put on hold. They keep me on hold for over 20-mintues each time I call. I've contacted them also through Expedia message and I'm not getting any response. I finally just disputed the charge on my credit card and waiting to see what happens. I have no reason why they would charge my card. Nothing in the room was left damaged. In fact, my husband has OCD with cleanliness and was very generous in tipping the housekeeping! Hoping to get this resolved soon!

The hotel was a clean, but the furniture and overall condition looked like it needed remodeling. There was also a strong odor throughout our stay. On the positive side, the breakfast was really good, the parking was convenient, the staff was excellent, and the hotel was close to the beach.

Location. Near public transit and shopping center

Full kitchen so eating in was easy. There was a Dishwasher and dish soap but no dish rag, if you wanted to hand wash. On site laundry was nice but I'd like to see a table added for folding clothes. Nice breakfast variety but I really dislike pulverised scrambled eggs, chopped so fine you can't pick them up with your fork.

The bigger question is how was my stay. One of worst experiences. Room was paid for prior to arrival. Paid deposit upon arrival. My card was charged an additional $400 plus dollars. Upon check out, card was charged again total stay. Had to shut down card and report fraud.

Staff was professional and helpful. Good customer service overall. Breakfast was decent. I will say that both my aunt and I sufferer from bad allergic reactions to something in our room. I didn't mention it before because we weren't sure but when we left, we were just fine. Maybe there is mold or air filters need to be changed.

This was our 3rd stay here. Welcome from Texas on vacation. They have been good to us each time. We will be back!

0 it was a very clean place the staff there was the employees they were very resourceful and friendly the food was decent and for the price that they were giving me the room for I couldn't have done better cuz I had stayed previously at another Marriott place in Manhattan Beach for double the cost and it wasn't nowhere near is fun or nice so I recommend if you want a good place to go they have a quiet time after 11:00 so everything's quiet you get your good rest in so well maintained establishment the only thing I didn't like and I'm having a problem with is I have not received any of my deposits back
