Hilton Garden Inn Los Angeles/Redondo Beach

Everything was very clean and spacious. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The cheeseburger and fries were great

But it wasn't included, so we had to pay for it. Everything else was really good. I love the place.

The hotel had tech problems when I checked in and they could not issue room keys. The had a member of the maint. staff go with me to my room to open the door. It was a challenging situation but the hotel handled it very professionally

Great place if you need to stay close to LAX. A bit pricey and not some much places to eat in the neighborhood. Lyft to Redondo Beach will charge you about $45 per ride.

The room was great. I had a issue with the AC and a gentleman came right away and fixed it in no time. Greatly appreciated My car was badly damaged overnight in the lot. I parked right outside the door yet no security or camera provided any protection. How different is this from parking across the street then? Also one receptionist is not enough. Every time I went to the reception I had to wait for a good while.

Because it was so late, I grabbed a key from the new hotel, Homewood, and just went straight to bed. I was heading to work in the morning and decided to stop by the front desk to make sure my whole multi-day reservation was properly transferred over. But no, Hilton Garden had only moved me over for the night. I didn't want to pack back up especially since I had to leave for work, so I had to play phone tag with both hotels until they finally figured out how to keep me at Homewood.

Refrigerator was broken. It made noise all night long. I didn’t have good sleep.

Went for LA Chargers game, so location was great. A little noisy from the 405 freeway, but not horrible. Property overall was clean. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was decent. Mobility challenged room was furtherest from the elevator. So that was a challenge for my mobility challenged husband. Mattress seemed pretty worn. Very squeaky. Bathroom sink smelt like sewer every time we turned on the water. Also mobility challenged room had a bathtub not a walk in so that was a challenge as well.

Very clean room and everything overall! Breakfast was really good and the restaurant staff were very courteous and helpful! Great experience overall!!! Location, but can work on that!

I could hear everyone’s conversation. The walls were paper thin and room ac or plumbing you can hear constant noises. So bad sleep!
