Surprised parking wasn’t free

It was a good stay, I did feel overwhelmed by the noise outside, but I get it a lot of people come and go. Maybe the location of my room was the one but overall it was good stay

Great stay

It was a standard, run-of-the-mill motel 6. Actually, a little less than.

The room were infested and the sheet were horrible, staff was great and try there best to accommodate

The pool was foggy. We were not able to use the pool. Big disappointing 😞. The hall way between the side doors and the main hotel smell really bad.

clean room convenient location

Beds were too noisy! Take pets out of hotel even if you try to clean, the smell is still there.

First, no supervisor or manager was ever visible or available on-site—operations seemed left entirely to front-line staff. Housekeeping also never refilled the toiletries or coffee supplies, so I had to request basics each time. The most troubling issue came during a calm, polite conversation with a staff member when I simply asked for amenities to be restocked. I was met with dismissive, patronizing "uh-huh, uh-huh" interruptions. Because I wasn't being heard, I calmly mentioned that I hoped the conversation was being recorded for accountability. The staff member then accused me of harassment—which left me shocked, as my tone and request were entirely respectful. If recordings do exist, I welcome a review to verify my conduct. I genuinely hope management reviews this feedback, provides proper guest-relations training, and establishes on-site oversight. A goodwill gesture (such as points or a bill adjustment) would also be appreciated given the inconvenience caused. This property has potential, but these issues need urgent attention.

Perfect location

This hotel is in a great location for using transit to get to SoFi stadium and is a short drive to Manhattan Beach. You can walk to the K line station. There isn’t much in the neighborhood to walk to. The free coffee in the lobby in the am is quite good.

The location was convenient, the food and service was as well. The disappointment that came into factor was the shower and bathroom.

Not coming back, rooms are very noisy, and staff are terrible rude.

Day after we checked in, I had over 20 flea bites and saw flea jumping in the bathroom. We switched to a different room next day and found a flea on the pillow on the day of check out. This was very disappointing experience with Hilton property. They reimbursed for the first night but I'm still suffering from the flea bites. I'd never stay at this hotel!!!
