Clean room, friendly staff

The room had not been cleaned properly - there were stains on the furniture and we found clumps of hair in the carpet. One of the elevators we used stopped working properly and the doors weren’t opening as it went from floor to floor, we were stuck inside for about 5 minutes. When sitting at the pool we could see one of the room windows had an un-repaired bullet hole in it.

This hotel is going through renovations. Hammers, drills, large bangs started Saturday morning and I could hear them through the walls. Not a place for peace and quiet!

Exceptional

There was constant noise from construction equipment throughout most of the day, and we could hear it clearly from our room. As a result, we were unable to relax or get any proper rest during the day. After spending the day sightseeing, it was especially frustrating to return to the hotel expecting some peace and quiet, only to be disturbed by loud construction noise. I understand that hotels sometimes need to carry out maintenance and renovations, but guests should be informed about significant construction work before booking or at check-in. The hotel should also consider placing guests away from the construction areas whenever possible. While the cleanliness and staff were acceptable, the ongoing noise had a major negative impact on our overall experience and made our stay much less enjoyable than we expected

We loved the complimentary breakfast every morning it was good and filling! The staff never came and cleaned our room while we were there and we had to ask for new towels though so that was different than my previous stays at their hotels. But other than that it was a decent room and did the job after a whole packed day of being a tourist.

Nice for the price

Decent but old property

Excellent stay, the best staff and front desk. Rooms very clean, room service very fast and prompt. Entire staff kind and all around great place. We will be back.

Breakfast was amazing! Full breakfast with lots of options and was constantly refreshed even right before it ending when there was alot of people waiting. Beds were comfy and spacious rooms!
