Had a reasonably nice stay at the hotel, pool beds area was small but decent, rooms were clean bedding comfortable but quite small for what we imagined, twin queen beds were in 1 room close to each other that meant very tight proximity, staff seemed on the most helpful but not really friendly and one woman at front was quite rude speaking to us in Spanish but are British so she didn’t grasp that and she had bad attitude so not very welcoming. The one good thing was the view from the balcony overlooking a golf course but that was because we were high up!

Came to check in early and a young man was very helpful, pre checked me in for 2 rooms and took my credit card & ID. Came back 5 hours later from the beach and Athena was at the desk and after giving my ID again & spelling my name 3 times, she could not find it. She said I did not have a reservation. She just looked at us like she expected us to leave. She was very rude. She finally started making the keys and threw them on the desk. No speaking. Amazing. Went to the garage to park, key she finally gave would not work. Garage screens were broken on both sides and gates would not open. Someone finally showed up and traffic started moving. Room was very loud, kids screaming and slamming doors. I believe Athena could have put us higher up or somewhere quiet seeing that it was just 2 single adults in 2 rooms. She should not be working at the desk. She seems like maybe a back of the house employee since she does not like guests. No smiling, just rude and unapologetic . So overall not a great stay. Please train your staff and get people who are customer oriented. We were on vacation and very happy to be there. We had just had a great day and then came back to that.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of parking. Perfect for a family trip. The pool was clean and there were plenty of fresh towels. The golf course was a nice addition and fun for a quick 9 hole game.

A great place to stay during my GPA tournaments!!

Worst stay ever really rude staff lots of restrictions on many ammenities plenty of people upset and complaining about there stay there also.

Great place but it's just bad when u cant use the hole facility cause they have private events u pay alot a money for that that's B's

Jordan the front desk manager is the best! We had a small inconvenience with our room and he took it upon himself to ensure my family and I were well taken care of. We will 100% come back to this property due to the friendliness and hospitality we experienced. Thank you Jordan!

Sensational value and the bar staff were top class.

Wonderful stay in Manhattan Beach. Considering one of the World Cup teams staying here, you would never know it by the staff and calmness all around. Highlights are the room was comfortable, the shower was awesome and the view from the balcony was quite lovely all day.

One small improvement…. The shower water pressure.

I stayed for the Fourth of July so at night time hours i was woken up from loud people walking the hallway but other than that it was a decent hotel

Location The room was located in a very noisy area and was not well insulated for noise. Couldn’t get any sleep as there was lots of yelling and partying going on all night and early morning up to 3:00 AM and beyond.
