Perfect location for our visit to Los Angeles. Great area and lots to do close by.

Very convenient. Really nice staff. Clean. I’d give it a 10/10 if not for the bathroom smelling like urine in the lobby/first floor by the hallway elevators. Aside from that, all is fine.

We used the workout room 2 days - it was extremely hot. Also, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night (around 1 or 2) which was unfortunate. Otherwise we had a very nice stay and it was lovely.

Location, Staff, ease of check in and check out The rooms and carpeting need to be refreshed. They are showing their age. The bed was too soft.

Dining staff were friendly but pricing seemed to communicate they would rather that guests ate meals off-property. I was tired, so had dinner and bkfst. But saw many guests enter and leave after viewing menus. Nickel and diming. Two half-liter water bottles were in the room but pricing must have Ben in small print. Parking was valet - about a third of the room rate, which felt excessive.

Excellent facility. Parking charge is high, but otherwise the experience remains great.

Staff was amazing very helpful. Room was great close to a lot of places to eat. Convenient!

Loved the property, location and staff!

You can't beat the location as it is perfect to have a 20-minute walk to the beach and then only a 15-20 minute ride to LAX airport. The room was very spacious for the two of us. Windows with garden views and plenty of sunlight. Beds were super comfy and the air condition within the room was super handy. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice touch and so were the gas fire pit tables in the courtyard, perfect for an evening yarn with your mates. The fact that water bottles are only free for Hilton Honors (Silver and above). I think drinking water is such a basic amenity, it should be made free for all guests, irrespective of their membership status. Having said that it's not a reflection on the staff or my experience at the hotel, as I am pretty sure this type of policy is probably set by the suits in Hilton HQ. I had a great stay at The Belamar.

Staff was amazing. Place clean and decent for an overnight stay. Easy walking distance to the downtown area.
