Location great for what we needed. Staff were excellent. Place was very clean. Beds were very comfortable Some part of the facilities were a little tired.

Staff was very kind and made us feel extremely comfortable!! Everything was perfect !!

Very neat aesthetics of the rooms. Plumbing was an issue. Toilet and sink kept backing up and the AC in the room kept shutting on and off so it would get stuffy in the room especially after a shower.

Perfect location for our visit to Los Angeles. Great area and lots to do close by.

Very convenient. Really nice staff. Clean. I’d give it a 10/10 if not for the bathroom smelling like urine in the lobby/first floor by the hallway elevators. Aside from that, all is fine.

We used the workout room 2 days - it was extremely hot. Also, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night (around 1 or 2) which was unfortunate. Otherwise we had a very nice stay and it was lovely.
