Everything was amazing

Located in a good area with access to freeway and other amenities. Breakfast wasn’t the best and maintenance kept coming to our room because of a leak that happened on the room below us.

Perfect! Would stay there again.

Good stay, friendly staff. Only negative was a broken elevator which resulted in long lines to get to our room and lobby. Breakfast was nice for it being complimentary

I went to the front desk to request the missing linens, but I was initially told they didn't have any available and simply received a "sorry." I explained that I had specifically reserved a room for four people and that the sofa bed couldn't be used without the proper bedding. After asking again, the gentleman working at the front desk was able to find one blanket and one flat sheet. However, there were still no pillows and no fitted sheet provided. I was extremely disappointed that a room advertised and reserved to accommodate four guests was not properly stocked or prepared for all four occupants.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast included was a great bonus. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, which made it easy and convenient to enjoy the area. I also really appreciated the security and felt safe throughout my stay. The employees were very friendly, the housekeeping lady Martha was above and beyond very helpful, and welcoming like the other staff at the breakfast and reception area. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

We hand issue with the shower during 3 days of stay. It wasn’t fixed at all.

I would like to specifically commend the breakfast staff, who were top-tier and very attentive. Additionally, as someone who loves indoor cycling, I was impressed by the fitness room. I used the Peloton bike for a 45-minute high-intensity workout and enjoyed the experience so much that I am now considering purchasing one for myself. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

They need new bedding and pillows very old they don't look clean time to replace.

The front desk guy was terrible... was not helpful at all and was so rude, he did not want to give water bottle coz I purchased my ticket through expedia he said that I should have purchased through Hilton even if I was a Hilton member he did not want to acknowledge it coz he told me that I purchased it for a lesser price. The worst staycation ever.

Was pleasantly surprised with the room very up to date excellent shower heads and water pressure. It was a very busy weekend but they keep the. Breakfast hot and the car it’s tacos were Bussn

The evening reception (did not know they offered one), offered salad, cheese & crackers, chicken noodle soup, cookies, and corn on the cob. Kind of a weird mix but it was nice to have as an option. The breakfast buffet, the eggs were good and it is rare that a hotel offers great scramble eggs done well. The sausage was dry, tater tots were soggy, and the carnitas was salty as hell. So yes free Continental breakfast but not worth it. The room.was spacious and tidy. There were little cracks and dirt here and there but only if you focus in on it. My.side of the bed was squeaky when I moved but I slept fine. The main complaint was the toilet. It kept making noise every so often, so it was annoying.

Overall pretty good stay. Not sure what the deal was when we checked in…we booked 2 rooms and they said we’d canceled one. We were tired just wanted to relax and it took prob 20-30 minutes for them to figure it out. First guy we talked to just turned us away said we’d have to find another room at another at another property because they were “full”. I never really got an explanation they said a third party canceled our room.
