Absolutely horrible experience

The room was pretty nice, air conditioning was great as well! I won’t mind coming back here again.

Ice dispenser near room out of order. Other far. Ugh. Standard uncomfortable pillows. Loud AC unit. Good things: Parking included. Safe area. Nearby shopping. Clean room. Clean and pleasing bathroom and shower. Hot water.

Clean room upon arrival. We stayed for three nights, we were informed ahead that their policy, they only clean the room after 4 days. You must bring the dirty towels in order for them to replace with clean towels. Parking in the basement is better than outside and just take the elevator after you get your key card. Since it's near the Manhattan Beach and El Segundo and close to the airport, this place was a great deal and safe.

Reception team was super friendly! Special thanks to AJ. House keeping team starts early, they were loud and the trolley makes super annoying noise. I had to wake up early due to these noises!

I had a great night with my boyfriend had an amazing time I liked evrything

The hotel room stinks like cigarettes and marijuana the beds were humid and damp I couldn’t sleep I asked if I can get clean dry bed sheets and they said they couldn’t because it was late at night I got to my hotel at 2am so I couldn’t get service also that water in the shower couldn’t get warm until 15 mins of leaving it on hot then the water gets warm for 3 mins went straight back to cold then security was following me and my family to our rooms asking us questions as if we were suspicious to something we had to ignore him one thing is for safety another is just being nosey and weird

Good location Slightly unsanitary, the bathroom has a strong sewer smell. The rooms are non-smoking, however the room had a strong smell of cigarette.
