Best Western Plus South Bay Hotel

Very good

We stayed one night. We had a pleasant stay, a variety of breakfast options. Staff was helpful and answered some questions I had. Area is decent, restaurants and stores nearby.

It was clean but power outlets needs upgrading.

Value for money. Nothing special

Location and parking We came once few month ago and it was ok. But that time was insane. The check in was at 10pm but no smile or nothing really welcoming in that very dark entrance. Bathroom was dirty with hair and uncleaned bathroom. I had to get my kid s wipe to try to do something... Room was hot so we turned on the ACE unit and it was as if a plane was landing next to us. Breakfast was very poor. No yogurt, no fruits ... It would be a Motel i wouldn t say anything but at this price it s very very very boarderline ...

The location was close and easy way to LAX airport which save the driving hassle, staff were good and helpful I did not have time to use any of the faciloties or breakfast as i had to leave so early in thw morning before breakfast.

the room felt having no sound insulation at all. people upstair walking felt like walking in my room; the safe was broken; the AC was loud; even the fridge was noise. Couldn't sleep what so ever.

The hotel is outdated and my room and hallways had a foul odor. It was hard to enjoy my stay because of that. The walls are also very thin so I could hear everything in the neighboring room, so I didn’t get much sleep.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and Breakfast was decent.

It was extremely clean and the staff was accommodating. The hotel room was a great price and there’s plenty of parking spots. I don’t have complaints but my room did smell like weed smoke because the guests next door were smoking.

If we have to travel back to the area again, we'll choose this property. We love it.

Ideal stopover from airport. Very clean hotel helpful staff.

Room size was generous, condition excellent. The room and bathroom was absolutely clean and practically sparkling. Full breakfast was a pleasant surprise with sausage and eggs and much to choose from. You can make your own waffles and have fresh, whole fruit. The location was good for us to get to the airport. We needed nothing more than a well-located place to sleep that night. Wish I could have had time for breakfast. Coffee was ... meh, about what I expect on an airplane.
