and smoke odor despite being a "non-smoking" hotel. Bathroom could definitely use a modern update :) Lots of traffic / road noise for rooms on Hawthorne Blvd side. Staff - very helpful and friendly Breakfast - small room, lots of patrons at same time, but overall good selection and quantity of breakfast items Pool - clean and enjoyable. Ample parking, good value for rate and location, great for what we needed (location & price point)

Great service and excellent eooms

Not to accommodating for people who have disabilities, but for the most part they were very helpful as much as it could be.

As expected, nice that everythin GB worked. Bed comfy with rectangular pilows like normal. Laminate floor was buckling but I liked K-cup coffee. Breakfast diligently restocked. Lots of foreign tourists. Guy at the desk made me wait 20 minutes to check in while” in the bathroom”. The draped-off rooms off the entry are not a good look. Convenient to airport. Pool was very popular at all hours, so ask for a room far from pool. Guests tended to be loud but walls were ok to cut sound.

From check in to check out was perfect rooms spotless didn't use the facilities so can't comment on the but everything else was spotless couldn't fault it.

A few things stood out to me: 1- The breakfast was good, but I wish they offered more milk choices. It would be nice to have options like soy milk and lactose-free milk instead of just regular milk and oat milk. 2-I also think they should offer sugar-free pancake syrup for guests who have health conditions or need to avoid regular syrup. It would make breakfast more inclusive. 3- My room was clean, and the linens looked fresh, but I did find a few long strands of hair on one of my towels and on my blanket. Using dryer sheets or taking an extra look before putting linens in the room might help prevent that. 4- The air conditioning worked, but it didn't seem to cool the entire room evenly. The hotel could probably benefit from a few updates. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, and it was nice and quiet during the evenings and at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. I would stay here again, especially for the price. I hope this review helps anyone considering a stay here!

It's in a great place and the amenities are great breakfast is awesome

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room during our stay. The staff members were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout our visit. The breakfast offered a delightful selection of options to start our day. We found our experience to be quite positive and would recommend it to others.

I think we got a room that was forgotten about! The flooring was aweful, the sheets rough and the bathroom door opened out and hit the closet door with a thud unless you intentionally closed it. I hope the hotel will give this room some attention before allowing anyone else to stay in it. We wanted a 2 queen room but it was not available, we were able to switch our second night and it was like night and day!

Really calm hotel and the area around also enjoyed the free breakfast!

The room is a bit outdated, we’ve been here for 5 days so far and it’s the same breakfast everyday. Sausage eggs and potato’s. If you want your room clean you have to ask the front desk. Staff is friendly
