We had a great stay here. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Room and all around the hotel was cleaned and kept clean throughout my stay. Staff were VERY welcoming and helpful and the free breakfast was a bonus & I can’t forget about their 24hr coffee machine, it is definitely worth the entire stay.

The breakfast provided is perfect, with lots of choice and the staff working in that area were so accommodating and kind. Lots of parking available. I would only have one suggestion to management and this is in no way a complaint. I love entering a hotel to the welcome of a nice scent and I realize it must be difficult to choose one that both suits the atmosphere while also considering differing likes and scent sensitivities. My choice/opinion would be something a little more light and natural. Our stay was definitely a 10!

We arrived at around 9:00 PM. There were two employees at the front desk. The woman who checked us in greeted us with such an unfriendly expression that I honestly felt like apologizing just for walking in. It was not the kind of welcome I would expect from a Holiday Inn. We were also charged an additional $40 because we were traveling with our small parrot. The bird stays inside its cage at all times and never comes out. This was very disappointing because we have stayed at other Holiday Inn locations with our parrot before, and they have always been understanding. They knew that a caged bird sleeps at night and cannot damage the room or make a mess the way a dog or cat potentially could. Charging $40 for one night under these circumstances felt unreasonable. The worst part of our stay, however, was the condition of the bedding. The bed linens smelled like a dog had been sleeping on them, and the comforter had visible yellow stains. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel that is part of the Holiday Inn brand. I would also like to mention that the entire staff we interacted with was unfriendly and did not make us feel welcome at any point during our stay. It is very disappointing because I have always had positive experiences with Holiday Inn.

Staff was excellent. Want to point out that Brian was especially nice. Rooms were very clean and beds were super comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was great.

The property itself was clean and exactly what I expected. But what I didn’t expect was to experience the rude, insensitive and racist staff ! I would never stay here again. The front desk staff lady was very rude and nasty to me and my guest

This was a last minute weekend getaway and I am so happy we booked. The Hotel was clean, smelled amazing, staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast options were also delicious.

This was a great stop for me and my family. It’s a holiday inn not a Hilton, but was Clean, comfortable, good location. We forgot a medication in the fridge and the front desk had it for us! Would stay here again, the staff is caring and responsive.

We stayed 5 days but were not in the room except to sleep. It was clean and we appreciated the walk in shower. The hot breakfast was the usual scrambled eggs and bacon and was acceptable. The veggie omelet was dry and no one likes turkey sausage. The pancakes came out thin as crepes. The price per night could have had better food selections.

Despite noting how many people were staying in the room when making the reservation, we still had to go to the front desk to ask for additional bedding. Excellence would have provided the linens prior to check in. Toilet was backed up first thing in the morning. We didn’t have the time to stay out of the bathroom for staff to fix it so we had to use the lobby bathroom for toilet needs while others were using the room sink and mirror. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7am. Not a helpful time for travelers passing through and needing an early start. Stay was good overall, just a few minor hiccups. We’d stay again.
